Holy Crap! Week 10 is already over, and I officially only have a guaranteed three weeks left with my team. I seriously hate good-byes, and I’m freaking out knowing I have such little time left with my team. Sure, I’m bias, but after ten weeks, you could say I am a tad connected to my team. And I am not afraid to say that this year’s team might be my favorite yet… Yeah, they piss me off some weeks, but for the majority of the weeks, they always make me proud. Thankfully for this week, they made me proud. (Do I sound crazy?)

I have to think a lot of ya’ll woke up this morning with the same pride (unless you suffered from the bye-weeks), because so many guys went off this week, and even the mediocre seemed to show up. Those of you who woke up really happy probably had Marshawn Lynch (40 freaking points in non-PPR leagues). It was nice to see a non-QB player go off and get so many points. His performance reminded me of Doug Martin, circa 2012, where his 50 something point game won the match-up for all his league owners. I feel like Lynch’s had to be the same for his owners. (Could anyone possibly lose if they started him?)

Aaron Rodgers – QB of the week with 6 TDs against the Bears and raking in 36 points. I guess someone had to take the spotlight with Luck and Brady on bye, and give Peyton some competition.

Dez Bryant – A late night out in London did not stop this WR from receiving 158 yards and scoring 2 TDs, nor did the Jags D.

Justin Forsett – Forsett’s best game of the year, and I am sure many owners were pleasantly surprised with his rushing for 112 yards and 2 TDs.

The rest of Green Bay’s offense – Jordy Nelson, Eddie Lacy, Randall Cobb… all scored in double digits.

Now, my “WTF” moment goes to entire Jets vs. Steelers game. Michael Vick proved he still has some fantasy value and he helped the Jets pull their second win of the season. Even the Jets D stopped Big Ben by causing 2 interceptions (though he still threw for over 300 yards… don’t minimize Ben’s value yet). Big Ben still helped Martavis Bryant rank up over 20 points. I hope you picked him up when I told you to a couple weeks ago. He saved me this week with all my byes. Speaking of Byes… there are two weeks left!

Baltimore: Oh darn, you can’t start Flacco. But did you even want to?

Dallas: A week without DeMarco Murray and Dez Bryant is going to be hard for a lot of us. I am sure Romo will appreciate the rest, and the Cowboys will dominate week 12 against the Giants.

Jets: I would like to see Vick continue the heat, but I am not running to pick him up.

And the Jags….: Well, at least next week their record won’t get any worse.

I think there are some guys out there that should be added before playoffs begin, at the very least to keep them from your opponents. Speaking of which, Ryan Matthews should return this week after Chargers’ bye, and the Chargers are ready to forget the embarrassing Phins game. They should have an easy time running against Oakland like C.J. Anderson (who is my next add) did. And speaking of… I’m going to put my waiver in for C.J. Anderson right now. I lost Hillman on the waiver wire earlier this year, and I am hoping not to have bad luck twice. Anderson is the healthiest back for Broncos (at least right now). And if you need a TE (since TEs are always slim pickings), Kyle Rudolph is projected to return after his hernia injury. I would just add him if you simply have no other TE options. Lastly, RG3 is back again, and he should be able to shine against Tampa Bay. I am hoping once again my team shines next week!
