An introduction to a gentleman who needs no introduction…. He’s a staff writer at NFL.com, a writer at footballguys.com, and the creator of Reception Perception and Back Yard Banter. Matt Harmon joins me for a solid 40-minute conversation about wide receivers, weight loss, and his love/hate relationship with the Carolina Panthers.

Zach joins me for a few minutes at the end of the episode to talk about a wild couple of days in news and what else we have in store for our readers and listeners in the coming weeks!

I hope you enjoy this as much as we did…

    Keeper Question!

10 team league. Keep 1 player in round drafted previous year. 1 year max.

I can keep Hilton as my 4th rounder

    or

I can Trade my 2nd round pick for his 7th round pick and Melvin Gordon (who would be a 7th round keeper.)

Im not sure what to do! Please help!

    Thanks

@Shivdaddy: the way that I’m processing this is that you would basically get Melvin Gordon at 2nd round value, which is right around where we have him, and you’ll get the 7th round pick back. T.Y Hilton is better than fourth round, no doubt, but I’m on the Melvin Gordon side. He’s a stud running back in what should be another high powered offensive season for the chargers.

Jay has Melvin Gordon ranked 4th among running backs and that’s pretty high praise. I especially would rather have Gordon if it’s a PPR league because Hilton is not a high-volume catch player.
