There are some decent waiver wire dudes out there this week. I think I’ll be putting in quite a few claims so I can wake up to my, sorry but you got shizz emails on Wednesday morning. It always warms my cockles. Please, blog, may I have some more?

Week 6 is just about wrapped up and we’ve seen some stellar performances from most of the league’s top backs…so at least we got some action before this boring MNF matchup. I sure hope Brandon Marshall comes through on his promise to get booted by halftime so the game has some entertainment value besides the QB battle of Moore vs. Please, blog, may I have some more?
Welcome to Week 6. There will be surprises today. Many, many surprises. That is the only thing that will remain consistent from week to week. It can get infuriating. There will be some players that are consistent, at least in comparison to other players, but they are few and far between. Please, blog, may I have some more?
I always think of myself as a pretty avid reader. But things recently went into a complete standstill once I got about 2/3 of the way through Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged. If you’ve read the book, you’ll know what I’m talking about, the part when they get to Colorado and there’s this (spoiler alert) magic screen making a valley invisible where everyone has started a commune… sure. Week 6 of the NFL is here folks! I hope everyone is enjoying the ups and downs of a season without much needed offseason work outs. It seems as if the lockout has had a greater impact on players, teams and Fantasy Football than many anticipated as we have seen a slew of injuries and slow starts. Hello Razzball readers! My name is Mike Braude, and I’m a new contributor here on Razzball. I’m going to be writing this column weekly, and I look forward to answering your questions and helping you guys win your leagues! Asher Molk and I will be working as a team and editing each other’s columns so feel free to ask either of us any questions; we’d love to help! Please, blog, may I have some more?
By a show of hands, how many of your fantasy teams are doing awesome right now? Ok, how many aren’t doing so great, but you’re keeping the faith? And how many of you are curled up in the fetal position under your desk because your fantasy team is 0-5? Please, blog, may I have some more?
Week 5 didn’t hurt too bad. We’ve lost LeGarrette Blount and Julio Jones for a while, but they’ll be back. The most significant loss was Josh Morgan, who was really starting to play well the past couple of weeks. He’s now done for the year with a leg injury. Please, blog, may I have some more?
The fantasy football regular season is nearly 40% complete. How does that sound? Depressing, I know. We have reached the point in the season where 5-0 teams are making room on their trophy mantles, and 1-4 teams are firing out angry league-wide emails about how fantasy football is for losers, all luck, and that they are never playing again (I’ve been there after a twelve pack of silver bullets and a tough fantasy loss on MNF…it’s a dark, dark place).
