G’day Razzball folks! We are inching closer and closer to the playoffs. Every week is becoming more important for a lot of teams so making the right calls is crucial. Luckily, we are starting to see a large sample size for a lot of players and we can better detect whether a match up is good or bad. The following rankings for week 10 will change but by bit throughout the week, but here are my initial thoughts…

I’m fighting for a playoff spot after losing DJ and Dalvin Cook

    we start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs/TE, 1 Flex (WR/TE/RB)

My RBs: Mack, Breida, Drake, McKinnon, Woodhead

My Wrs: Engram, Hogan, Jeffery, Fuller, Olsen

FAs available: Booker, Clement, Prosise, Crowder, Woods, Marquis Lee, Sanu, Doyle, Clay, Maclin, D.Thompson, T.Benjamin, Ivory, Yeldon, D.Williams, D.Washington

Do you drop any of my current players for a FA? If so, which ones?

    Thanks!

@Brent: I’d drop Breida for Woods

@Unbreakable_MB: Would you hang onto Fuller or should I take a shot on Booker or something?

@Brent: @Brent: problem with Booker is that teams are stacking the box against Denver because they have no passing game. He’s still CJ’s back up but I suppose he may have more use than fuller

    14 tm half ppr:
    RBs: L Bell, T Coleman, AP, L Murray, D Booker, A Morris
    WRs: Diggs, Alshon, C Davis

Give AP & Alshon to get Julio?
    Thx.

@fudgemybudge: I wouldn’t. Julio has been awful and now he’s hurt.

12 team half PPR where i went from 2nd in points, tied for 1st in record (near tie in points) to literally doing the opposite game with winston (first week back from injury, ranked low, benched, he did great, next 2 weeks he’s ranked high, i play and he costs me probably around 40 points of guys i could’ve streamed). now 5-4 and in 5th in record, only barely 2nd in points (and NOT near 1st anymore).
    QB (1) winston/mccown
    RB (2) hunt/melgor/white/gore/mack
    WR (2) hill/hilton/cooks/shepard/doctson
    TE (1) rudolph
    1 flex
    IR olsen
    K nugent
DEF PIT (shame how much their fantasy output isn’t close to their real life D skills, maybe it soon will be right when i was able to waiver them, turns out i’m sorta wrong, 8th best fantasy, 3rd best in real life after checking on it)

drop doctson for another QB in order to rotate (fitz grabbed by somebody else, but probably only for this week): bortles/garrapolololo/keenum/brissett/cutler/bridgewater

@Mantis Toboggan MD: I’d worry about it next week when McCown has his bye. I’d wait to see more news on Winston ROS I personally hope he’s rested for the remainder. I also want to see if Bridgewater wins the job. As of now, I’d want Cutler week 11, then hopefully Bridgewater ROS

      • Mantis Toboggan MD says:
        (link)

@Unbreakable_MB: since nobody gives a shit about cutler as far as stashing i should probably nab bridgewater now. can always drop for cutler next week.

        • Mantis Toboggan MD says:
          (link)

@Mantis Toboggan MD: bortles also gets @ CLE next week, at least close to cutler @ TB. the winston situation sounds a whole lot like a smarter franchise than IND’s version of luck (in a smaller timeframe). TB has NO reason at all to rush him back. but at least TB isn’t a bunch of dirty lying sacks claiming he’ll play when they know he won’t (no i didn’t draft or own luck anywhere this season, so it’s not a personal only thing here)

@Mantis Toboggan MD: I honestly hope that franchise remembers the season is over and the QB is 23! Yeah Indy is a horrible horrible franchise. We’ve been hearing Luck may never play again and it’s not Luck’s fault.

    Happy hump day!

.5 PPR league looking to trim the fat on my team would you do any of these deals for the postseason push

My RBs Gordon, hunt, mcaffery, AP, Aaron jones, McKinnon

My WRs we start 3 but also have a flex slot
Keenan, Baldwin, tyreek hill, hogan, Parker, fuller, Corey Davis

1.) deal AP to get kamara

2.) deal tyreek hill to get kamara

3.) deal Gordon to get McCoy

4.) deal AP + either Keenan or Parker for Gronk? Or AP + McKinnon?

    5.) deal McKinnon for Crabtree

6.) deal fuller for Dion Lewis, or James white or gillislee?

7.) stand pat & just use the waiver wire ROS?

    My QB is Prescott

    My TE is Doyle

Thoughts on my squad going forward thanks!

      1. Yes
      2. Yes
      3. Yes
      4. No
      5. No
      6. Yes, for White or Dion. (I actually like Burkhead ROS)

Your team is deep and it gives you the ability to play the matchups, which is nice. I’d try and deal Hunt if you can. If the AP for Kamara trade doesn’t work out. I’d try for some top tier talent for Hunt

      • Frosty the bro man says:

        @Unbreakable_MB:

Thanks man! Dealing Hunt didn’t really cross my mind but I’m open, actually a league mate last week asked for my top 5 RB (hunt) straight up for his Antonio brown. He recanted today saying he wants to trade his #1 WR for & #1 RB & then he offered me Jimmy graham + CJ Anderson for hunt is it me or is that a bit of an insult?

I have a feeling AP for kamara won’t work the kamara owner doesn’t change his lineups last week he had Big Ben in his lineup he had a bye, he had Steelers D they had a bye & Ertz was injured & was in starting lineup.

Since that’s the case how would you approach Hunt? Should I look for a 1 for 1 in a Hunt deal or should I look for two players in return?

Here are ideas I have in dealing Hunt, thoughts?
Keep in mind I value Hunt highly:

1.) Hunt for McCoy + Diggs (or Crabtree)

        2.) Hunt for McCoy

3.) Hunt for Freeman + Michael Thomas

4.) Hunt for mark Ingram + cooks

5.) Hunt for Elliot, risky especially if suspended that’ll come to fruition tomorrow

6.) or Hunt + Baldwin for bell?

7.) Hunt for fournette straight up?

8.) Hunt for fournette + golden Tate?

9.) Hunt for Gronk + Michael Thomas?

I own Brady in 2 leagues 7-2 in both thinking of playing Goff in 1 league over Brady and McCown in another league over Brady is that crazy ? My thought is yes Brady is huge nane but hes really not putting up huge games. I dont want to get caught up on the name im looking to smash.

    Thanks

      Unbreakable_MB says:

@Jake: yes I’d play both of them over Brady this week. Great matchups, Pats receiving corps beat up. Denver may be up to the task in a prime time game. Do it.

Been streaming def. The Ravens D is available, should I cut C. Davis for Ravens D? They have a great upcoming schedule. My current WRs are Baldwin, Allen, Parker, Benjamin, Adams, JuJu and Davis.
    Thx

@Steve: yeah I’d do it, I’d take a good D over a bench warmer. Always good stashes when bye weeks roll around

    2QB PPR.

    QBs Wentz, Wilson
RBs Henry, Murray, D. Lewis, Mack, T. Cohen,
WRs Green, Hogan, R. Anderson, Beckham (holding for next year)
    TE Engram

Should I drop Cohen? Corey Davis, R. Woods on waiver

Please rank following trades and whether you would do each of them?
    Green for
    1. J. Howard, D Hopkins
    2. A. Jeffery, A. Kamara
    3. Bryant, McKinnon

      Yes I’d do all 3

      3) mckinnon, bryant

ah i see you agree with me against a lot on
doyle vs PIT (PIT is 2nd vs TE’s in league, 5th overall in passing at FO)
    UNDER, not over
rudolph @ WAS (29th vs TE, 11th vs passing overall)

most have doyle in a bad matchup as higher.

@Unbreakable_MB: wow, yeah i was about to say VD’s that high from reed possibly being out but no, you have reed in there pretty high too. VD has produced pretty well even when reed is in of course but that’s interesting to have both so high.
