I said it last week, I’ll say it again, Rudy has been on fire rankings-wise. And I say rankings-wise because I don’t want you to think we have a problem with him and conflagration.
PUT DOWN THE GASOLINE CANISTER RUDY!
Regardless, Razzball in general has been doing well this season, and while 2016 was going to be hard to top, I’m glad that we still remain in the top echelon of the industry rankers. That’s a mouthful, but your mother never complains. HEY-OOOH.
RUDY, DO NOT LIGHT THAT MATCH!
Our Week 15 Rankings for Standard, Half-PPR, PPR and IDP leagues are right after the jump!

Hey Jay! i advanced to the semi’s with your help. Much love!
Which 2 are you starting in PPR of these 6 RB:
Riddick, Cohen, Gio, Woodhead, Barber, Kerwynn?
@Rick: Great to hear! Feeling Riddick and Kerwynn there. Keep it up!
Yo!
I was wondering if I could get your opinion on who I should start this week. PPR.
My RB slot has been a hodge podge all season. Most weeks it was somewhat obvious, but here in the big playoffs I am at a loss.
What two do you start?
J. Ajayi @NYG
R. Smith @OAK
J. Williams @CAR
G. Bernard @MIN
J. McKissic vLAR
I am leaning thirds JA and JW.
For WR, I have 4 slots with flex
A. Thielen vCIN
J. Gordon v BAL
R. Woods @SEA
A. Jeffery @NYG
A. Green @ MIN
C. Coleman @BAL
D. Westbrook vHOU
I am thinking of going with the top 4. I know Green is Green… but he is gonna be expertly covered all day.
Thanks!
Help?!?!?
@Fantasy bus riding is not as much fun: Yeah, sounds like a common theme. I think Jamaal Williams is the dude there, combined with Williams. So we’re on the same page there!
Lets see, for the WR, I’d still put Green in there instead of Woods, but I’m not sold on it, so I’m okay with it.
Good luck!
Hey Jay…trying to defend my title this year…Id say I’m a bit of an underdog in the semi based on matchups so I need upside all day long on these choices…
Qb: Ryan v TB or Dak v Oak
Bell
Gordon (Morris is my 3rd RB right now)
Hill
Hogan (Coleman or Davis only other options)
Lee
Henry
Boswell
DST: Dallas v Oak, Zona v Wash or Buff v Miami
Going against
Russell Wilson
Drake
Freeman
Funchess
Fitz
D. Thomas
Doyle
KC kicker
Minny D
@pink doves: I’d love to go Ryan here, but I have Dak well enough ahead. Upside? Ugh, I think Ryan has the ceiling though, so I think if you’re looking for boom or bust…
I think go Buffalo there. And Hogan is fine.
Yo Jay! I’ve been stashing Rodgers, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten to start him once in fantasy. So you do like him over Big Ben, because I am really torn which one to roll out there.
Also, is it getting way too cute to start DeDe Westbrook over Tyreek Hill? Hill’s matchup with the Charger’s recent Defensive effort has me pretty nervous as well, not that starting a rookie Jags WR is something I ever thought I’d be entertaining.
Ok thx for any insight
@Duke: jaywrong is lower than consensus on rapelisberger, moving rodgers one spot higher.
“not that starting a rookie Jags WR is something I ever thought I’d be entertaining.”
man people forgot a.rob even exists anymore huh. us lee owners in dynasty do and it’s a bit troubling.
@Yr Never Too Old For Balloons: A-rob is still alive? Haha.
@Duke: Hey Duke!
I do, but it’s one spot… essentially a coin flip. The reason Rodgers gets the slightest of edges is I like the matchup a tiny bit more. And I don’t think it’s too cute, but at 20 spots in my rankings, I’m probably leaning still with Hill, despite the Chargers defense doing well like this. Good luck!
youse guys should run with this one:
“Panthers SCB Captain Munnerlyn walked out of Wednesday’s practice over disappointment about his role in the game plan.” (from rotoworld)
teammates, upon hearing about this sad state of affairs told him he should seek counsel with Major Wright (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_Wright, seriously you can’t even make these names up)to find out how to seek promotions and get more playing time;that, or alert his parents they done F’d up in not naming him to a powerful enough position if he wants the respect he thinks he deserves.
@Aubrey Plaza’s Pillow: Oh captain my captain!
We should talk to Grey about giving us ranks…
This hurts typing this but should I really be starting Blake Bortles over Jared Goff? It feels so wrong, my soul hurts.
@E: My soul just died with you mentioning it.
2017 is just soooooooooooooo weird. In everything.
Tough calls for a semifinal matchup, but here’s all I got for my WR3 options: Mike Wallace, Sterling Shepherd, Sammy Watkins–and Watkins the only one who’s not Questionable–yay! Hopefully Drake and Gronk can carry the load for their respective teams.
@Mike in Busan: Yeah, I think Wallace there, but you’re going to need some love from Drake and Gronk there.
@Jay: Thanks, Jay; crossing fingers!
dynasty, have PPR. add gallman/m.davis/k.will over darkwing duck?
@Joey Jo Jo Jr Shabadoo: Davis there. I sorta like Darkwa in this format, but I like Davis right now, and he could have a shot to continue.
can’t believe i’m asking this one. with these QB’s in 2 QB dynasty, drop brissett for brock lobster? have rodgers/foles/rodfather/brissett and lynch in IR slot (2 slots, likely to come off it next week). same league as above.
@Joey Jo Jo Jr Shabadoo: oh yeah, only one move left on week in this one too. have already added burfict backup (we start 4 IDP flexes and i had last week off) got lucky nobody had trevathan stashed or added him last week.
@Joey Jo Jo Jr Shabadoo: nice!
@Joey Jo Jo Jr Shabadoo: I’d actually want Brissett here.
Hey Jay! Semis are here…need some advice:
– Need 1 WR in PPR league, who scores most pts? DeVante, Kelvin, Lockett or Maclin ?
– Need 1 TE in PPR league to start: Rudoplh (banged up), Witten or Ebron ?
Thanks, as always :)
@Johnny Be Good: Great to hear you’re still fighting the good fight!
I’d say Maclin and Rudolph, but I’d wait till the last minute there for an updated report.
Having a really hard time setting my lineup this week. I’m down 20 heading into week 2 of my playoff matchup. I need to start 2 RB, 3 WR, a TE and 2 Flex from:
Hunt
Ajayi
Dion Lewis
Perine
Mike Davis
AJ Green
Cooks
Dez
Corey Coleman
Engram
Olsen
@Comatose: Yeah, I see what you mean here, a lot of tough decisions.
I’d probably set it like this:
RB Hunt
RB Perine
WR Green
WR Dez
WR Cooks
TE Engram
FLEX Davis
FLEX Lewis
Hi jay…
I need help…
Would you start Rodgers or Keemun?
I’m so torn;)
@Fantasygirlxoxo: I’d go Rodgers… scary thought honestly, these choices…
@Jay: should never be that close but I’ve got the same decision to make and I’m unsure which way I’ll go
@Frank: Yeah, it’s not outside of “flip a coin” here.
Howdy jay! It’s time for the semis!
I’ve been streaming TE all season thoughts on Austin hooper as a dart throw this week at Tampa?
Here’s my reasoning for hooper, maybe sanu gets extra attention, leaving hooper open on occasion or better matchups.
Next reason last week / week 14 lions traveled to Tampa & the opposing TE facing the same Bucs d that hooper gets was ebron & week 14 Ebron did this:
10 receptions for 94 yards = 13 points, ebron also lost a fumble
Now that the Bucs are out of playoff contention and Gerald McCoy is dealing with bicep injury & wont be 100% I wonder if that benefits hooper, Falcons need the W to stay in the hunt they are currently the 6 seed but the 7 seed is Seattle who’s 8-5 same record as atl for their division they are behind Carolina & the saints who are both 9-4
Also flex debating Rod smith on SNF at Oakland yeah Morris is still there but smith should be involved or Peyton barber home vs Falcons it should be barber getting the start he’s been effective & the Bucs should see what they have for the offseason maybe make him lead back for final few games ?
Thanks !
@Bobby’s world: Yeah, I like the points you lay out. I do like him a little more than the consensus, for what that’s worth. Smith is a gamble, I do have Morris quite a bit ahead there. Iffy on Barber, but I could see it. Double check on him with MB, he has a good beat on the Bucs.
Need help with my lineup. 2 rb 2 wr 1 flex.
so far i got melvin gordon and kerwynn williams, hopkins and cooks, marvin jones jr in my flex. on my bench i got westbrook and dion lewis. should i keep this lineup?
@The Shady KHunt: Yeah, I like it, but I’d do Dion Lewis for Jones, that’s my only change.
Excellent work all season! Love how elite ur rankings are.
Advice needed, please. 12team PPR up against my twin bro for another trip to the ‘Ship. I have 3 WRs to choose from for two spots(K. Allen is my other starting wr): Sanu, M Lee, and Woods. My gut says Lee for sure since Bortles will probably go off again and Lee is #1 option. Im temtped to go Woods but unsure if he will targeted or limited. Sanu is a boom or bust, but he has been hot lately and i would hate to have him go off on my bench. Thoughts?
@The G: Thanks G! Not as good as last season, but we’ve had a strong showing for the past four years, I believe top 25% finishes all the way through, which I just assume means we’re doing the right thing.
I think Woods over Sanu here is the way to go. Good luck!
First off just want to say thanks for all the work you guys put in all season long!
1 point ppr league and we start two flex. Need some advice fellas!
Who should I be starting out of : K. Williams, Crowell, Coleman, Maclin, Olsen??
Need 2! My gut tells me Williams for sure …
Also should I roll with Washington D or Buffalo ?
Much appreciated!
@TriggaMike: Thanks Mike!
I’d say Williams there. And then the Bills. Good luck!
In my PPR league I’m a big underdog and considering these guys for my flex spot. I’m less concerned with a standard ranking than with the guy with the most potential to have a huge game. Thoughts? Thanks!
Mixon
J Stewart
Rod Smith
Mike Wallace
Gallman.
@geoff: Hmm, huge game pick, I’d lean Smith there for the highest ceiling, but Mixon is right there.
Jay please bail me out here buddy pick 3 out of these guys tough matchup this week got to advance.
Fitz
Baldwin
AjGreen
Bryant
Rex Burkhead
Have fun with this because it is a difficult decision been killing me all week . I for 1 dont trust AJ so right now I got Baldwin Bryant and Rex but have been flip floppy on Bryant for Fitz what would you do ? Thabks man
@Jake: Any time Jake!
I’d say Green, Bryant, and Burkhead. That was before I read your last line… it’s so close, I actually had that three in mind as well. AJ just hasn’t doing it though, so based on your names, I think Fitz over Bryant for sure.
Jay, the rankings are terribly close for RB so I need your expert advice. I need to start 2 RB out of these 3 for all the marbles in a .5PPR league. Who would you ride with?
Drake @ Buf
Kamara vs NYJ
M. Gordon @ KC
Thanks!
@Ron P: Yeah, always hard to determine the right combo, even with rankings. Things are never in a vacuum. That being said, still probably leaning Kamara and Gordon. I like Kamara’s matchup, and I think Gordon will be giving some good volume.
@Jay: I was leaning the same way. Drake and that Buffalo defense that is ranked dead last in fantasy points given up to RBs is so tempting though. I will prob just stick with my studs.
@Ron P: I hear you, it is really tempting. He actually may move up in tomorrow’s update, but I think not enough to change things here.
Have a couple tossups to iron out
Standard league.
Qb- Ryan or Stafford (i have Julio so can shoot for the falcons double up)
Wr- Lee or Kupp
K – Zuerlein (rainy in seattle) or drop someone for Forbath, lambo or Elliott
Def – ravens or saints
@Chad Bowling: Ryan there, Lee (I like Bortles this game) and Saints with Elliott.
Who would you start Bills DST or Redskins DST?
Sanu or Crowder?
@lamofantasy: Feeling the Bills and Crowder. Super close on those WRs though.
Flex: Rex Burkhead or Jay Ajayi?
@Norman: Burkhead there.
Westbrook, Mike Davis or Dion Lewis
@Aardvark: Mike Davis there.
Am I crazy for thinking Josh Gordon is a safer play than Tyreek Hill in half PPR? My other WR in the lineup are AB and Funchess.
@Steve Stevenson: Not crazy… I wouldn’t say safer, but I think if you’re looking for a little more here, and want to take the risk… like I said, not crazy. Based on who you have, I’m probably leaning Hill here still.
16 team std
Rod Smith, Barber or Corey Coleman at flex?
12 team std
Goodwin or Landry
Jay ajayi or Alfred Morris
Ppr league
Thanks keep up the great work
