If you did, indeed, make the playoffs, then it is time to prepare for the stretch run. Unless you have a first-round bye, every week is considered a must-win week. You need to make the right decisions each week to ensure you move forward. Win three in a row and you will hoist the championship hardware.
There are no more bye weeks, unless, as mentioned above, you finished first with your fantasy team earning a bye. There are injuries aplenty, so make sure you work the waiver wire each week. Do not stop your activity once waivers run overnight. You need to keep an eye on all dropped players in case another manager makes a mistake. Those mistakes are magnified during the final three weeks of the season. Put your top lineup out there versus trying to get cute. You should only consider streaming DST at this point with all other positions being accounted for.

WAIVERS:
ADD OF THE WEEK = Ryan Flournoy – 1% rostered grabs the top slot for a couple reasons. The first is CeeDee Lamb being in concussion protocol. The second is Flournoy stepping up each time Lamb has missed time. The third is the Cowboys love to throw the football. The fourth being George Pickens should see the CB1 if Lamb sits. And the fifth, and final reason, is the Dallas defense cannot stop a nosebleed so will throw early and often will their slim playoff hopes in the balance.
QB: I like Jacoby Brissett – 61% rostered but not so much this week based on the tough matchup. Consider leaning into Marcus Mariota – 8% rostered with both Tyler Shough – 8% rostered and Shedeur Sanders – 8% rostered deserving some consideration.
RB: Blake Corum – 33% rostered put up big numbers in Week 14, but do not get fooled by the output. Corum is still splitting reps, at best, with Kyren Williams. In a Week 15 matchup against Detroit, I do not foresee the Rams being so far out in front that they can rest Williams whilst allowing Corum to carry the garbage time load. This is the playoffs. Know everything about the player you are adding, and considering starting, before you run him out there.
Honorable Mention/Cheaper Options:
Zonovan “Bam” Knight – 37% rostered is the starter in Arizona. I do not see that changing as Trey Benson seems no closer to playing than he did when he first hit the IR. Matchup is tough in Week 15, so be cautiously optimistic with Knight. We want volume and Knight is providing that, with scoring potential.
Devin Singletary – 25% rostered is the sneaky, on the down low add for Week 15 with his smash matchup against the Commanders brutal defense. Word is Tyrone Tracy will be back this week, but Singletary outpaced Tracy even before Tracy left Week 13 banged up. Singletary looked to be more explosive and was gaining momentum even prior to Tracy’s injury.
Luther Burden III – 17% rostered is the name to roster in Chicago. DJ Moore ended Week 14 with one catch for minus four yards. You read that right…minus four yards. Burden is a YAC guy and the Bears will need to throw in Week 15 to keep their playoff aspirations alive.
Honorable Mention/Cheaper Options:
Jayden Higgins – 36% rostered has separated as the clear WR2 alongside Nico Collins for the Texans. With C.J. Stroud back at QB, Higgins should continue to thrive in an offense that is clearly challenged in the running aspect of offense. The targets kept coming in Week 14, so ride the wave.
Christian Watson – 54% rostered is proving to be the WR1 in Green Bay as is evident by his team leading 10 targets against Detroit and two TDs against the team from Chicago. Temper expectations for Week 15 as Watson may see Patrick Surtain for most of the game. That is not a recipe for success.
TE: Harold Fannin Jr. – 40% rostered needs to be the only TE consideration unless other managers have made big mistakes. Fannin appears to have the best of rapports with S. Sanders, so keep hope alive that Cleveland players can help you win a game or two or THREE!

Hi Matt, Thanks for all the help. 1st round of playoffs but don’t have much hopes with this team.
Super Flex 1 PPR
QB: Burrow, Dart
RB: Henry, Saquon
WR: Rice, Luther, Deebo
TE: Andrews
Flex: J Addison
Bench:
S Darnold, K Cousins
B Corum
Drake London, Marvin Jr, AD Mitchell
$9 FAAB Left:
RB: J Wright
WR: Flournoy, Slayton
TE: Gesicki, Likely, Parkinson
My WR2/3/Flex and TE are toast. Who shall I drop and add here? I wouldn’t mind dropping Cousins as well. AD Mitchell, Cousins, Andrews can go. Thank you.
If you are dropping 2-3 players I would go after Flournoy first followed by Gesicki but stats show Andrews is the play this week against the Bengals who give up tye most points to TE.
Thank you. Andrews didn’t do much against Cincinnati 2 weeks ago. He is the only one who didn’t show up against them. Likely is probably a safer bet compared to Andrews to do well against Bengals.
Gesicki has tough matchup but I can stack him with Burrow for upside.
Any thoughts on Slayton? Thinking if he is worth stacking with Dart over Addison or Deebo.
$9 FAAB left. Spend $4 on each?
Don’t get cute trying to stack. If you acquire Flournoy you immediately start him over Deebo. I would go all in our him and grab leftover TE for free if you will not hold Andrews.
Thank you, I should be able to get Flournoy for $5 with news in Ceede being okay.
Yeah, I am probably fine with whichever TE is left. My opponent doesn’t have good one either and just trying to scoop one to prevent going against him.
Good luck
Thanks Matt. Forgot to mention Dylason Sampson. Not sure if he is worth anything with Ford done too.
Start by asking yourself the following question: Do I have an obvious drop.
If you do, then consider making an addition.
J Wright and Flournoy went for top bids. Missed out on them but dropped AD Mitchell, Cousins to add Gesicki ($5) and Slayton ($0)
Good luck.
Stiles snuck into the playoffs thanks to you and the teams help. Would you drop charbonnet for jaylen Wright. Im pretty loaded at rb with hampton, Harvey, henry, corum, and charbonnet. I think Wright has more upside and wpuld be blocking another playoff team from getting Wright since they have achane.
Also I have warren at tight end. With jones out im hesitant to start colts starters they were having an awesome year too. Do u like any of these guys as a start this week over warren? Strange at home vs jets, Likely at jets, Parkinson at home vs detriot, Warner at home vs indy, gesicki at home vs buffalo who had a huge game vs buffalo.
I like the flournoy take. Is he a start this week over wilson vs texans is a tough match up, b Thomas vs jets, dike at san fran, slayton vs washington.
Thanks boss
Congrats on the playoffs! We love to hear that we are a little help. Good luck moving forward.
I can see blocking your opponent with adding J Wright. You do not need to start him so are playing defense which is a solid playoff strategy.
I love Strange moving forward. I am also fading Colts players until I see Rivers play.
If Lamb is out I play Flournoy over those names.
Howdy Matt! Here we are in the fantasy playoffs!
I’m currently on a bye but looking for moves for week 16
Full ppr
I added KC d last week for the week 16 matchup as they go to Tennessee to get the titans
Or do i pivot?
– niners D
Week 16 @ Indy
Week 17 home vs bears
– eagles D
Week 16 at Washington
Week 17 at bills
– saints D
Week 16 home vs jets
Week 17 @ Tennessee
– Lions D
Week 16 vs Steelers
Week 17 Christmas Day @ Minnesota
Do I activate London off IR slot to my bench? Of course I don’t care if I start him , but if he’s active for TNF I won’t be able to make adds until he’s activated
My drop would be Gadsden, however I was thinking of dropping Gadsden for hannin jr . Is my starter Andrews worth holding ? Week 16 tasty matchup vs pats but likely has been more involved. Do I drop Andrews for likely or hannin jr or hold?
Gracias stiles! Happy festivis
I cannot make heads nor tails of the Andrews situation. He is in a smash game position this week against the Bengals who give up the most points to TEs. Fannin appears to be the hot commodity, and Sanders clearly loves his TE. I love Andrews this week but if he was on my roster I would be fed up with the lack of involvement. I can approve signing Fannin for Gadsden or Andrews. If you acquire Fannin, watch both him and Andrews in Week 15 then make your Week 16 start/sit decision based on your eye test.
I like the Saints D. I can also get behind the 49ers and Eagles defense for Week 16.
Activate London if you must make a move. If you do not need to make a move then leave your roster alone for Week 16 moves.
Stiles another question
Currently have cowboys defense at home vs minnesota. Who do you like best out of these defenses
Cowboys at home vs minny
Panthers at saints. Panthers coming off a bye
Giants at home vs washington
Dolphins at Pittsburgh
Saints at home vs Carolina
I have piniero at home vs Tennessee. Would you switch out for any of these mevis at home vs detroit, borregales at home vs buffalo, loop at cincy, koo at home vs washington,Prater at new England, santos at home vs cleveland, Mclaughlin at home vs Atlanta, lutz at home vs green bay, Patterson at Pittsburgh, Gonzalez at tampa.
Also which 2 qbs do you like in a 2 qb start league. B young at saints, c Williams, mariota at giants, Rodgers at miami.
Caleb has a tough match up. Thinking about dropping Caleb and rolling with bryce and mariota. What do u think
How would you rank warren strange and likely this week?
Looking for upside since were in the first week of playoff
I prefer Dallas and the Saints.
No reason to make a move at K. I do not really look at kicker from an analytical standpoint these days. When I need to stream I consider inside versus outside, number of 50+ FGs made, and implied Vegas total for the game (I want high scoring).
I am not a huge fan of any of the QBs mentioned. I think you stick with your gut and play Young/Mariota. I do not have a ton of faith in the WAS offense, but the NYG defense is not great.
Strange over Warren until I see what Philip Rivers can do in this offense.
Ran a hot start to the last playoff spot. Survived Bucky and Hampton going down. Taking a nice 5 game L streak into the run here.
Where are we at with egbuka? I have one rb and two flex to fill with the following, 1/2 ppr:
Judkins, Hampton, egbuka, a jones, btj, dowdle, corum
Thoughts?
Volume has me set with those first three seemingly but those back four have just enough interest to have me doubting the play. And Thursday game throwing a wrench in the time to make a call.
You are in the dance and that is what matters now. Goal, obviously, is to win it all despite the losing streak.
I love Egbuka. I am a Packers fan living in the Tampa area so have seen all the Egbuka news after he was drafted by the Bucs. I have also watched his hot start and cold performances of late.
Of the players listed, I trust Hampton at RB plus Judkins and Egbuka though both have fallen off a little latey.
I am going with the volume names over the guys splitting time/touches.
