*This Buy, Sell, Hold video was released by Anime Donkey prior to week 9 action but his recommendations still apply for week 10*

Week 9 was a busy news week in the NFL between the fatal car crash and all the vaccination/immunization drama. Too serious for me. Can’t we just go back to the Antonio Brown drama days? I mean the helmet and frozen foot drama days, before the rape accusation stuff. Boy, the NFL could really use some positive publicity. Or at least some more negative publicity that I can make jokes about! Know what else isn’t a joking matter? Buying Mike Williams! It’s gone under the news radar between all the other NFL injuries, the Gruden email scandal, Vaccine-gate, Ruggs’ downfall, etc.—but Williams has been nursing a sore knee for the past three games. Coincidentally, he’s had a total of only 6 receptions for 104 yards and no touchdowns during that stretch. When I click on the little news sticky note next to Big Mike’s name over on Yahoo? No mention of any knee issues. Rotoworld? No news updates since October 17th when “Williams did not practice this week but is going to push through the knee injury anyway.” I don’t think this is a coincidence. Williams has disappointed ever since the knee injury, and yet his fantasy owner may have no idea of the correlation due to the reporting gap. When healthy, he’s proven his elite WR1 upside with Herbert; see if you can steal him away at a bargain price. Anyway, here’s some more players to buy or sell this week in fantasy football:

BUY

D’Andre Swift – After being my top sell a few weeks back, Swift was my lede buy last week. Nothing has changed except the incentive for your league mate to make a desperation sale due to bye week issues has passed.

Antonio Gibson – Same goes for Gibson. The buy window isn’t quite as wide open now that the bye week has passed, but it’s still gaping.

Jaret Patterson – Same goes for Patterson. If you own Gibson make sure to roster Patterson. *checks Gibson teams and sees no Patterson* Don’t be a dummy like me!

Brandon Aiyuk – It was a rough start to the season for Aiyuk but it looks like the player we saw last year has finally shown up. His 15 targets over the past two weeks with 6 catches for 86 yards and a touchdown were a sight for sore eyes. Aiyuk was cast aside in so many leagues, for good reason, but it’s time to welcome the kid back in with open arms.

Rhamondre Stevenson – Bellichick backfields are always a headache, so is it any wonder that after a great week 9 Stevenson has a headache himself? We’ll have to monitor the concussion progress for the rookie, but Damien Harris also has an ankle injury which could provide more opportunity, and Rhamondre has already been a bigger and bigger factor each week. Make sure he isn’t sitting around on the wire in your league.

Rashod Bateman – With 20 targets over the past three games, it’s only a matter of time before Bateman breaks out and has you rosterbate’n.

Elijah Moore – It’s that time of the year when the cream rookies begin to rise to the top. Elijah Moore is a cream rookie if I’ve ever seen one!

Adrian Peterson  – Last week I said McNichols>Peterson. This week I’m saying they both stink! McNichols was on the field for 26 offensive snaps compared to Peterson’s 19 snaps, which isn’t great considering AP had been with the team for all of six minutes. It looks like this will be a split backfield moving forward but Peterson will be getting the goal line carries and he’s the one you want to own. My bad!

Will Fuller – We’re one week closer to Will Fuller’s return. We’re also one week closer to Will Fuller’s next injury.

Josh Allen – Is anyone panicking after one bad game? Unlikely. But it was against the Jaguars, so maybe your league mate will think the party is over and trade him away for a package like Tom Brady with a spare RB2.

Taysom Hill – Jameis Winston suffered a torn ACL in week 8 and will miss the remainder of the season. Hill is recovering from a concussion himself, but if you need an upside QB he should be added immediately. I love his ability to rack up fantasy points on the ground which is why I had him ranked as my #10 QB early in the fantasy season when I expected him to be the week one starter in New Orleans.

Russell Wilson – Have you ever seen an injury return hype video?

If that’s not a buy signal then I don’t know what is. The only thing that would make me want to buy Wilson more is if this was a comedy video and his finger fell off at the end while he screamed hysterically.

Pat Freiermuth – Coming out of their bye week, it was good to see Freiermuth follow up a 7 target game with another 7 target game which he turned into 4 catches and a touchdown. Big Ben is showing a lot of confidence in the kid, and he seems to be the main beneficiary of the JuJu season-ending injury. I’ll be watching him closely against the Bears tonight to see if he can build on the two previous games.

SELL

James Conner – Captain obvious here to tell you that James Conner isn’t an RB1. But he does have 11 touchdowns over the past 7 games and he’s coming off 21 carries in a game where both Chase Edmonds and Kyler Murray were hurt. If this isn’t the perfect opportunity to take advantage of one of your unsuspecting friends, then I don’t know what is!

Melvin Gordon – The only player I’ve said to sell more often than Gordon this year is Mixon. Gordon continues to post nice fantasy numbers while only playing around half of the offensive snaps, but painfully obvious that Javonte Williams is the Thanos of this story. Inevitable.
