On this week’s episode of Dynasty Diehards, Mat Chester and I look back on the 2023 NFL Draft class and their performances so far. Where are we on the panic meter with Bryce Young, Jahmyr Gibbs, Jaxon Smith-Njiba and company?

Where Are They Now?

  • Bryce Young (QB – CAR) | #1 Overall

Standout Alabama QB Bryce Young has struggled so far at the NFL level, with a mediocre cast surrounding him in Carolina. Currently the QB32, Young missed Week 3 and has managed just 30.22 fantasy points.

  • C.J. Stroud (QB – HOU) | #2 Overall

Unlike his rookie counterpart in Young, C.J. Stroud has thrived in his first four NFL games. His 74.58 fantasy points have him as the overall QB12 through Week 4.

  • Anthony Richardson (QB – IND) | #4 Overall

To no one’s surprise, Colts QB Anthony Richardson has been entertaining and compelling thus far in his rookie campaign. Despite missing Week 3 with a concussion suffered in the first quarter of Week 2, Richardson is the overall QB16 this season.

  • Bijan Robinson (RB – ATL) | #8 Overall

The Falcons got a good one in Bijan Robinson. The rookie RB out of Texas is already shredding defenses, with two 100-yard rushing performances & 19 catches for 134 yards. The PPR RB7 is a big reason why the Falcons are sitting at 2-2.

  • Jahmyr Gibbs (RB – DET) | #12 Overall

The Lions selecting Alabama RB Jahmyr Gibbs at number 12 overall was puzzling when it happened and is still somewhat puzzling now. Despite the high draft capital, it’s been veteran RB David Montgomery who has commanded the majority of looks in the backfield. Gibbs is currently the PPR RB22 with 38.9 fantasy points through Week 4.

The Rest Of The Class

  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – SEA) | #20 Overall

  • Quentin Johnston (WR – LAC) | #21 Overall

  • Zay Flowers (WR – BAL) | #22 Overall

  • Jordan Addison (WR – MIN) #23 Overall

  • Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF) #25 Overall
