+1 ppr…Duke J vs Cinci or Robby Anderson vs Carolina….or do I start both and sit a struggling Kareem Hunt vs Buffalo….

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Lex Ruger: I know he’s been iffy, but I think you have to go with him today. I have him at four overall, I think the worst ranking still has him at 11.

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@Lex Ruger: yeah I’m still rolling out Hunt against Buffalos run D

Howdy Jam master Jay!! Hope you had a great thanksgiving!
Thoughts on my team vs my opponent this week, however due to thanksgiving I didn’t have time to switch out Dak Prescott in time I was busy, he gave me 7 points

    Dak 7 points on Thursday

RB1 Gordon 13.5 points on Thursday
    RB2 hunt home vs Bills

WR1 Keenan allen 34.5 points on Thursday
    WR2: Baldwin @ SF
WR3: tyreek hill home vs bills

TE: streaming here & looking at Ben Watson he gets the Texans D on MNF

Flex: feeling some mike Wallace on MNF but I also have Booker as an option too

D/ST: bengals D home vs Browns

Kicker thinking either matt Bryant home vs Bucs or josh lambo at Arizona

IDP I stream here thinking either Eric weddle, Patrick onwuasor, benardrick McKinney all are going on MNF, I time to decide.

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Bobby’s world: Hey man! I did, and I hope you had the same!

I like those decisions. Wallace in the flex is fine there. I’m partial to Weddle there. And Lambo.

It’ll be close, but I think you have the edge.

  3. Bobbo says:
    (link)

    12 team PPR
Marquis Lee or Danny Amendola? Looking for more upside than anything else. Leaning towards Amendola because Hogan is still out and Lee is facing Peterson. Thoughts?

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Bobbo: I have Lee by the hair, but I think Brady’s matchup with Amendola is probably the upside call there. So I agree with ya.

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@Bobbo: I’d go Lee as well

  4. mike says:
    (link)

Getting gut cramps from deciding on Corey Coleman or Jamal Williams today in my PPR!!!

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@mike: Not from turkey leftovers? I think they would cancel each other out, no? Science!

Now, is that Tevin vs. Williams? If so, Coleman.

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@mike: Corey too by the way, haha. Thought it was just RBs…

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@mike: I’d go Coleman as well

  5. Normandy says:
    (link)

Must win week. 1/2 pt PPR.

Need to choose a 2nd RB and a flex.

    Mixon
    Woodhead
    Martavis
    Corey Coleman

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Normandy: I think Coleman and Mixon are your guys there.

      • Normandy says:
        (link)

@Jay: sorry guys, meant only one flex spot. Need to choose from those guys.

        • Jay

          Jay says:
          (link)

@Normandy: Gotcha, even tougher decision. I think Mixon is the guy, but it’s close.

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

      @Normandy: I agree, Mixon

  6. Porky' revenge says:
    (link)

    Morning man!

What to make of Dak Prescott? I unfortunately started Dak on Thursday, I don’t own a backup QB. Would you add any of these until Dak & Dallas O snaps out of its funk? I’m not asking to drop Dak I’d be dropping a bench guy to add one of these QBs for weeks 13 & beyond

    Goff :
    Week 13 @ zona
    Week 14 home vs Eagles
    Week 15 @ Seattle
    Week 16 @ Tennessee

Case keenum: now the Vikings haven’t committed to keenum past week 13 but at this point it’s gotta be keenum starting not bridgewater
    Week 13 @ ATL
    Week 14 @ Carolina
    Week 15 home vs bengals
    Week 16 @ GB

    Dalton:
Week 13 tough one home vs Steelers D
    Week 14 home vs bears
    Week 15 @ Vikings D
Week 16 home vs lions, the same lions D that keenum carved on thanksgiving

    Blake Bortles:
    Week 13 home vs colts
    Week 14 home vs Seahawks
    Week 15 home vs Texans
    Week 16 @ SF

And here is Daks upcoming schedule

    Week 13: home vs skins
    Week 14: @ Giants
    Week 15: @ Oakland
Week 16 : home vs Seahawks (Zeke should be back too)

Even in a tasty week 13 matchup I don’t really trust Dak yet, but if he gets going & has a solid game week 13 I’d feel more comfortable playing Dak in the fantasy playoffs

Week 13 is the last week of regular season, playoffs start week 14!

  7. Jerry says:
    (link)

Hey, Jay. In a full point ppr league, I need to start 3 out of these 4 rbs: Coleman, DeMarco, Hyde and Dion Lewis. Thanks!

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@Jerry: I’d go Coleman, Hyde and Lewis!

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Jerry: Lewis is the odd man out to me.

  8. thegreater says:
    (link)

Have both Greg Olsen and Seferian-Jenkins and unsure who to play. Help!

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

      @thegreater: Olsen, but it’s close.

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

      @thegreater: Olsen

  9. Scott P says:
    (link)

I have Ajayi, Mixon (and longshot D. Parker) for my Flex spot. Standard scoring, non-PPR. Mixon is the lone guy, but hasn’t produced for squat. Ajayi is the better guy in the better offense, but hasn’t broken out of the RBBC. Is it a coin flip at this point?

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@Scott P: I’d play Ajayi, he is good for a big play per game pretty much. He may see more touches, too.

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

      @Scott P: I think What I here.

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Scott P: lol auto correct. Ajayi

  10. Not your average Joe says:
    (link)

I need a flex and Crowell and Kupp are both available.

    1. Who do I drop for them? I figure I drop Cohen for one, and someone for the other, but I don’t know who that someone is. Clay? Dare I proceed with Kroft as my only TE now that Tyrod is back and Clay is getting healthy?

    2. Assuming I add Crowell and Kupp, who do I start at flex this week?

    Starters:
    QB: Brady
    RB: Darkwa, Booker
    WR: Thielen, Anderson
    TE: Kroft
    FLEX: ???
    DST: PIT
    K: Lutz

Bench: Cohen, Clay, Crowder (whom I didn’t start because I was going to play JuJu, ouch) Freeman (o), Zeke (sspd), JuJu (o), Woods (o)

  11. Allan says:
    (link)

Hey guys. Booker, Drake, or Damien Williams at rb2? Amari or Kupp at flex? Full point ppr. Thanks.

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@Allan: Booker and Kupp for me

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

      @Allan: leaning Drake and Kupp.

  12. Imp says:
    (link)

In PPR who do you like out of Woody and Alex Collins

    1) for floor
    2) for ceiling

    Thank you.

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@Imp: 1) Collins for floor. 2) Woodhead for ceiling

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Imp: yeah, MB has it here.

      • Imp says:
        (link)

@Jay: and of course it will fall in the grey area. He has Miller tomorrow and I have Tucker plus one of these two to play with a 3 point lead. I’m only 0-2 on coin flips this week. Do you see this as a time for floor or ceiling?

  13. friar says:
    (link)

I need some last minute QB advice. In my 10-team league, my team is pretty stacked at every position except QB (I’ve got Carr), and with an 9-2 record, I’m the only team to have clinched a playoff spot. After the Thursday games, I’m now projected to win 135-113 (for whatever that’s worth), so I was planning to just roll with Carr since, in your rankings, he seems pretty comparable to the options on waivers (Dalton, Brissett, Tyrod) and is probably a better long term solution than any of those guys. However, now the weather forecast in Oakland has me scared and I’m thinking maybe I should drop Carr for one of the waiver QBs.

I guess my question is two-fold:

    1) Which of those four QBs (Carr, Dalton, Brissett, Taylor) do you think will be best ROS?
    2) If the answer to #1 is Carr, do you think there will be a big enough gap between Carr today and one of the other three that I should drop him for one of the others?

    Thanks!

    • MB

      Unbreakable_MB says:
      (link)

@friar: I like Carr ROS, todays gonna be tough but I wouldn’t drop him

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@friar: probably Dalton, but I think Carr is right there, even RID.

And the weather is built into the ranking. I’d hold.

      • friar says:
        (link)

@Jay: Thanks Jay! You guys are awesome for chiming in so last minute. Good luck today!

  14. Bobby's world says:

Here’s my players who aren’t performing:

    Dak 7 points

    Hunt 3.5 points

    Tyreek hill 5.5 points

    Bengals D 8 points

    Yikes!

I still have Baldwin at WR3, TE Watson, flex mike Wallace, kicker lambo & IDP weddle

    —-

    Now my opponent

    His QB brady 19 pts

    McCoy 13 pts
    Chris Thompson 0 points

    Diggs 8.5 points
    Terrence Williams 7 points
    Crabtree 4:25 pm today

    Flex Cooper 4:25

    Kicker succop 9 points

IDP Neal on Falcons 6 points

    D/ST Ravens MNF

Yikes!! I need my remaining guys to step up!

    • Bobby's world says:
      (link)

      @Bobby’s world:

Update I’m up by 8 points. He only has Texans D left

I have mike Wallace, Ben Watson & IDP (maybe clowney , Suggs or weddle) this is too close lol

  15. Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey says:
    (link)

RSJ coming on up on ASJ

    • Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey says:
      (link)

@Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey: other tidbits
      1. watkins = WTF is going on here, i this year (maybe even last year) stopped paying his draft day prices, but in every season but now he was awesome most of the time when healthy. not anymore, looking like a rose from the NBA situation, legs or other stuff ruined from injuries (hope this doesn’t end up the case with m.williams)

      2. a.smith, turning back into alex freakin smith finally. good for mahomes owners in deep 2 QB dynasties

      • Jay

        Jay says:
        (link)

@Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey: Yeah, Watkins was a disaster. I got him for cheap this year, at least generally in some places, and there was so much other value around the same area. Guess it could be worse. I could have been a Crowell owner.

        • Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey says:
          (link)

@Jay: well i’m about to probably lose in one league where i followed consensus and played both olsen and ASJ over crowell (ASJ would’ve been the bench). all three ranked VERY closely, crowell got like 7.4 or so more points, so unless AB has a big game (he often does though) those points very nasty loss, esp since i’ve played crowell almost all year as a RB 2, this week went morris there. this is in a 14 team PPR where i have the most points overall and it’s not close, albeit i’m having issues lately (hunt/parker/RB 2 slot, who’s my flex etc)

          • Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey says:
            (link)

@Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey: could’ve also went goodwin over crowell or ASJ for that flex, but his ranking was WAY behind those others.

            • Jay

              Jay says:
              (link)

Yeah, that’s where the consensus seemed to be. Still a lot of this game left. AB looked great on that catch about 15 min ago.

            • Jay

              Jay says:
              (link)

              And there’s the TD!

              • Cheese Eating Surrender Monkey says:
                (link)

@Jay: and another, plus the 2 pt. going to win that 14 teamer likely, unless tucker/ellington rock a 25.74 or better.

  16. Eli Man Penguin Boy says:
    (link)

darkwing duck or drake’s coffee cake now that d.will sounds out for a long while. standard dynasty. have all of these also, start exactly 2, no flex
    RB: zeke/morris/darkwing duck/d.lewis/melgor

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Eli Man Penguin Boy: I think Darkwa, barely. I think they’re almost the same thing right now, honestly.

      • Eli Man Penguin Boy says:
        (link)

@Jay: what about m.davis over darkwa?

        • Eli Man Penguin Boy says:
          (link)

@Eli Man Penguin Boy: shit, just realized, could go after davis or drake (or both hoping to get one) dropping morris. being dynasty this could be the case (hell even short term maybe)

  17. Sinkhole Demayo says:
    (link)

    1. how to rank these TE’s in PPR ROS, i have ASJ and olsen (start 1 exactly). ASJ/olsen/RSJ (ARI)/witten. have room to hold 2 of them

    2. how to rank these QB for 2 QB and/or super flexes: g.smith/webb/yates (assume redraft)

    3. in a 2 QB dynasty hold lynch or attempt to grab one of the guys in #2. have zero FAAB left so guessing i have no shot at g.smith.

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Sinkhole Demayo: I think I’d go Olsen, ASJ, Witten, RSJ. 2. I like ewwwwwww haha. Oh man. I love 2QB leagues, but the names… I think that order is fine. And hold Lynch.

      • Sinkhole Demayo says:
        (link)

@Jay: i’ve luckily gotten by lately with fitz and goff, having lost hoyer and palmer from earlier in year. have yates now (shitty part is i went back and forth on yates/gabbert when stanton was starting, just missed the raindrops on having gabbert now over yates)

  18. Yr Never Too Old for Balloons says:
    (link)

20 team PPR. lost crabtree for likely a week upon appeal. but this means my WR #3 slot is very weak this week at least. have this:
    QB staff/bortles
    RB (2) gurley/collins/drake/forte/b.marshall
    WR (3) hill/parker/crabtree/wright/moncreif
    TE (1) ertz/watson
    1 flex
clearly watson is the first drop, had planned to attempt to nab m.davis SEA but now this WR issue seems more important. i never have a good waiver as i use them for adds all the time, but do have the 2nd best team all year.

    1. who’s 2nd to nab WR guy or guys: moncreif or wright? wright at least gets consistent targets (for a league of this size anyway). in CHI’s 2nd senseless drop of a WR this year mcbride just got axed (the d.thompson made even less sense, he had lead them in snaps at the time).

    2. what’s best order of these for obtaining: roberts, a.wilson, reynolds (LAR), t.king (NYG),

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Yr Never Too Old for Balloons: Yeah, Wright just because he seems to be getting some attention week in and out. And yeah, I don’t get that with the Bears. And I would go that order. Almost went with Wilson, so they’re close.

  19. Alfred E. Naujocks says:
    (link)

best rank of these ROS in QB trouble.
mccown: vs KC, @ DEN, @ NO (so clearly this gets bad quick)
winston @ GB, vs DET, vs ATL
garoplolololo @ CHI, @ HOU, vs TEN
hundley vs TB, @ CLE, @ CAR (best short term schedule)
gabbert vs LAR, vs TEN, @ WAS

need generally 2 of these. in one league i’ve been holding bridgewater (probably can’t anymore) and winston in another. need to win this week in both.
