There are two weeks in the books and now it’s onto week 3. If you take it at face value, this slate is pretty weak compared to the first two weeks from an entertainment standpoint. But, never judge a book by it’s cover and we’re here for fantasy stats anyways. I am looking forward to the Chiefs and the 49ers in the early slate and the battle for Los Angeles in the afternoon. Let’s get to the weather and injuries.
Weather
Denver Broncos @ Baltimore Ravens
There is a good chance of rain around game time. Neither of these quarterbacks were probably going to be in your starting line up in normal leagues but the running game may be something to look at if you were on the edge of sitting Collins, Lindsay, or Freeman
Green Bay Packers @ Washington Redskins
There is a good chance of rain at game time so keep an eye on this one. You aren’t benching Aaron Rodgers, Jimmy Graham or Davante Adams because of rain. But, if the weather is bad, maybe find a better option than Alex Smith if you’re worried.
Indianapolis Colts vs. Philadelphia Eagles
There is a big chance of rain here during the game as well. I’m sure this is not how Carson Wentz wanted to start his season. I’m already lower on him than the consensus but I think things should still be good for Zach Ertz. I’d also reconsider starting Andrew Luck, if you even were in this tough matchup.
