If you were lucky enough to check out our kicker primer prior from Week 1, you would have seen that all three of our sleeper kickers (Jake Moody, Brandon Aubrey, and Cameron Dicker) finished as K1s in Week 1.

Now, heading into Week 2, the question is, can they repeat, and if so, which kickers can I drop? Let’s discuss!

The Studs

  • Justin Tucker
  • Daniel Carlson
  • Harrison Butker
  • Evan McPherson
  • Graham Gano
  • Tyler Bass
  • Jake Elliott
  • Jason Myers

Above is the list of stud kickers that were drafted in most leagues! If you drafted one of them, in my opinion, ALL of them can be dropped since none of them produce on a week-to-week basis. However, if you drafted Justin Tucker….fine, keep him, but let’s talk streamers!

Week 2 Streamer Kickers

Kicker: Jake Moody

Team: San Francisco 49ers

Matchup: Los Angeles Rams

In our primer, we discussed how well Robbie Gould performed with Brock Purdy in 2022. Well, sure enough, in Week 1, Jake Moody shined as well. Moody converted all three of his field goal attempts and knocked through three extra points. This week, the 49ers face the Rams , who just allowed three field goal attempts to the Seahawks in Week 1.

Kicker: Nick Folk

Team: Tennessee Titans

Matchup: Los Angeles Chargers

Razzball readers meet the K1 from Week 1, and his name is Nick Folk. Folk was acquired by the Titans this offseason from the Patriots. In New England, Folk produced back-to-back top 10 fantasy finishes in 2021 and 2022, so this is probably not a fluke. In Week 2, the Titans face a Chargers DST that allowed seven kicking opportunities to Jason Sanders last week.

Kicker: Dustin Hopkins

Team: Cleveland Browns

Matchup: Pittsburgh Steelers

In Week 1, the Browns offense surprised a lot of people as they willed their way to an upset vs. the Bengals. In that game, Dustin Hopkins converted four kicks including 3 field goals! Now, heading into Week 2, the Browns face a Steelers team that just allowed six kicker opportunities to Jake Moody and the 49ers.
