Congratulations to Razzball commenter Friar for having the QB/RB/WR with the most points last week. Both Friar and Adam H picked Peyton Manning/Chris Johnson/Reggie Wayne who all totaled 70 points, but Friar won the tiebreaker by guessing 45 total points for the KC/SD game, versus AdamH’s 52. (Friar, hit me up in the comments)
So let’s wipe the slate clean and try again. You will pick the top fantasy quarterback, running back and wide receiver for each week. The winner will be the person whose three players total the most fantasy points for the week. We will be using standard ESPN scoring to determine the points.
The winner each week will receive a subscription to Fantasy Football Crystal Ball which gathers weekly rankings from many different sites (including ours truly) and lets you filter through them to help you pick your lineups. It’s a nifty little doo-dad. And you will also receive a weekly team from Pay The Fan. Since week one is over you can’t win the overall prize, but the $1000+ in weekly prizes are still up for grabs.
This game is completely free to play so I hope you guys will do what you do with the picking and the writing in the comments. Or in English, for week 1 of the NFL season please write in the comments, your predictions for best QB/RB/WR. The tiebreaker will always be the total points for the Monday night game. This week it is New Orleans vs. San Francisco.
Your entry will not be counted if you put “Manning” or “Williams.” Make sure to put full names to avoid any confusion.
So get to your prognostications!
