We are rolling into Week 10. And there will be some IDP studs on their bye week this week. The teams on a bye this week are the Baltimore Ravens, Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots and the New York Jets. NFL 2022 Week 10 IDP Pick Up and Play.

As we get closer to the fantasy playoffs, let’s navigate toward the players spending quality time on the field. Well, as much quality time as possible. Of course, there are the injuries we are dodging and weaving around. NFL 2022 Week 10 IDP Pick Up and Play.

Here are the top five IDP leaders from last week per FantasyPros.

DEFENSIVE LINE

  1. Javon Hargrave, Philadelphia Eagles, Defensive Tackle, 29.3 fantasy points
  2. Josh Uche, New England Patriots, Defensive End, 27.8 fantasy points
  3. Justin Houston, Baltimore Ravens, Defensive End, 25.3 fantasy points
  4. Daron Payne, Washington, Defensive Tackle, 21.5 fantasy points
  5. Danielle Hunter, Minnesota Vikings, Defensive End, 21.3 fantasy points

DEFENSIVE BACKS

  1. Kerby Joseph, Detroit Lions, Safety, 25.8 fantasy points
  2. Damar Hamlin, Buffalo Bills, Safety, 21.5 fantasy points
  3. Kamren Curl, Washington, Safety, 19.3 fantasy points
  4. Richie Grant, Atlanta Falcons, Safety, 18.5 fantasy points
  5. Roger McCreary, Tennessee Titans, Cornerback, 17.0 fantasy points

LINEBACKERS NFL 2022 Week 10 IDP Pick Up and Play

Blake Martinez, Las Vegas Raiders

This is perhaps my favorite call right here. We all know that Martinez has been and will always be a tackling machine. Unfortunately, Divine Deablo had a season-ending injury, and well, fortunately, Martinez was the next man up.

He finished with 11 tackles while playing on 91% of the defensive snaps.

Kenneth Murray, Los Angeles Chargers

Murray is likely available because (1) he has been on IR and (2) he has been a disappointment.

The Chargers, per usual, are facing an extraordinary amount of injuries. But things are looking up. Murray is returning from his recorded five-plus tackles in his last two games while playing 66% of the defensive snaps.

Justin Houston, Baltimore Ravens

Houston is one of those players listed as a linebacker or defensive end. Check your league. His longevity in this sport and 25.3 (third) fantasy points last week is equally impressive.

Over his past three games, he has had 6.5 sacks. Now, he will be on a bye this week, and I don’t usually suggest you pick up a player on a bye, but Mr. Houston is that special case. Do it now and prep yourself for the upcoming playoffs.

Uchenna Nwosu, Defensive End, Seattle Seahawks

Yes, I will keep saying his name (typing because I don’t know how to pronounce it) until he is more than 3% rostered. WTF!

If you are playing in Yahoo, treat him as a linebacker who must have everywhere else go at it.

Nwosu had four total tackles and two tackles for loss. He has seven sacks on the season and leads the edge defenders on the Seahawks in snaps, as he is on the field for 78% of the defensive snaps.

Von Miller, Defensive End, Buffalo Bills

Miller is that man who plays only around 51% of the defensive snaps and still makes your fantasy dreams come true.

Last week he had two tackles for loss, one forced fumble, and one sack. For the season, he is tied for sixth with seven sacks. He has at least one sack in four of his last five games.

There is no reason he is only 10% rostered.

Kwity Paye, Defensive End, Indianapolis Colts

The Colts’ offensive struggles equal a defensive boom for fantasy players. Last week in his return, Paye collected eight tackles, one for loss and one for a sack.

He played 73% of the defensive snaps. This week he goes against the Las Vegas Raiders, whose ineptness on offense surprisingly renders the fewest fantasy points to the defensive end position.

Not to worry, Paye is looking to surpass his rookie sack numbers (he already has equaled it with four) and should get his.

DEFENSIVE BACKS

Kerby Joseph, Detroit Lions, Safety

Check on Joseph’s status. He may be in concussion protocol. Last week against Aaron Rodgers, he had 10 tackles, two interceptions, and three passes defended.

If he is in the protocol for this week, it might not be so bad to stash him. He is playing 64% of the defensive snaps.

Kamren Curl, Washington, Safety

Curl collected 11 total tackles and one tackle for loss last week. For the last three weeks, he has walked with 19.3, 12.3, and 10.7 fantasy points. This week he will go against the undefeated Philadelphia Eagles, who are giving up the fifth-most fantasy points to the safety position.

Fabian Moreau, Cornerback, New York Giants

Moreau is coming off a bye and will face the Houston Texans.

Moreau is on the field for at least 72% of the defensive snaps. In his last two games, he collected 14 tackles and four passes defended.
