It’s the final Sunday of September and we have some games that should be interesting for both the NFL and fantasy. The kind of undefeated Lions are hosting the actual undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. Sure, the Lions haven’t lost, but when you tie the Cardinals, are you really undefeated? The Minnesota Vikings are traveling to Chicago and the winner will share the NFC North lead with the Packers (if the Lions lose). The undefeated New England Patriots will travel to undefeated Bills Mafia country. The winner takes an early leg up in the AFC East. To close out the day, the undefeated Dallas Cowboys will try and take down Teddy Bridgewater and the Saints in a hostile environment. We may also see Melvin Gordon in a limited role in Miami! Let’s get to the injury report and some updated rankings!

Thank you for this. I have a tough choice at wr. Marvin Jones in a probable shootout against KC but Staffords hip is ailing or McLaurin in a great match up But has a possible hammy issue. I am playing the league juggernaut so need to swing for the fences. Also have John Ross, and Pitts corners are slow, could flex Ross but would have to sit Shady.

Going by your ranks, I start McLaurin and Flex Shady, but if McLaurin comes up lame at all I would jump off a tall bridge probably so am leaning Jones at wr and Shady at Flex.

McLaurin is out, Jones and Shady is the play

Would you start gallman or Davonta Freeman?

      Freeman

Half ppr…opponent has Mahomes. He also received 0 on D (Philly) and I received 7 (MVS)….Am I crazy to start D. Williams and Hardman over Ridley, Woods and/or Gordon?

    • MB

      MB says:
      (link)

You’re not crazy for it but it’s a case of recency bias. That said, I like both Hardman and Williams this week

Another reason I wouldn’t is if for whatever reason the chiefs struggled, you’d be screwed. Not likely, but never impossible

Need a safe 10-12 PPR points…..Chark, Sutton, Gore or Singletary?

    • MB

      MB says:
      (link)

Hah! No such thing! I think Chark is your best bet

  5. Paul Zone says:

Would you trade 2 of these WRs and Delanie Walker for Kelce?

Gordon, Ty Williams, Fitz, or Woods

I have Keenan Allen and OBJ too…

    • Cable says:
      (link)

don’t think any of those in a package gets you Kelce

      • Paul Zone says:
        (link)

May be a reach but the Kelce owners best WRs are Kirk and Sutton so I think it’s an upgrade for him…

Probably right, but not an insulting offer

      Yes, Williams and Woods

  6. John Fay says:

So I took your last week’s advise and dumped Barkley… for M Gordon. Mistake or not?

12 team full ppr have Ryan homes vs Ten or Murray home sea. Opponent has Julio/Ridley. What’s your opinion?
    Thanks

I have Murray ranked higher so that makes this answer easy for me

    Good Morning MB!,
PPR tight end. Hockenson with a banged up Stafford but plus matchup or O.J. Howard with the potential for more volume with Godwin banged up but a minus matchup? Thoughts on either or a potential replacement?

    • MB

      MB says:

      I’d go Howard this week

2 QB league, Stafford or Brissett for QB2? I see they’re ranked right next to each other above, thinking the Stafford injury dropped him a bit?

    Thanks!

I’d roll with Brissett for safety

    STARt 2:

Emmanuel Sanders/ dj Chark/ Preston Williams/ Paul Richardson / dionte Johnson.

    My team sucks. I know.

    Thanks!

In addition the the above, AP and Parris Campbell are choices, however, I own Marlon mack so not sure if I’d want to start campbell.

      Thanks.

It is a good week to stack colts but I get it. AP has a chance at a bounce back so you can play him

It doesn’t suck, it’s just a slow starter! Manny Sanders and Chark

Morning, MB! Here’s the horror I’m facing this morning:

    Marvin Jones
    Carlos Hyde
    AP

    Choose 2. Standard scoring.

that’s what i get for trusting the rankers over gut (and they weren’t close) i went with marv jones over gallman. this is by far best we’ve ever seen gallman look when a starter, i guess DJ is a huge eli upgrade though from the other times we’ve seen gallman. hope i don’t lose only from this, as i’m 0-3 already.

    • jason batteiger says:

you had them about 9 slots apart, which was closer than the top 30 FP guys had them in PPR. KC @ DET expected to be more shoot out than it is so far. the d.will (the other one) and d-rob starters are even less happy. i have each of them started in one other spot.
