So let me get this straight. The Chargers beat the Jets 31-0. The Dolphins beat the Chargers 37-0. So apparently by Monday Night Football calculations, we get something like this. I dare you to name ten worse games than this all year. You can’t! And just think… we get to watch these teams square off again this season! Ugh. The next time some Patriots fan tells you that their derp-fest of division has nothing to do with their success, show them last night’s game.

Dolphins – 16, Jets – 13

Ryan Tannehill – 25/35, 235 YDS, 1 INT and 4 CAR, 13 YDS. I have no doubt that Tannenhill is the Dolphins’ quarterback of the future… and he always will be.

Lamar Miller – 13 CAR, 56 YDS, 1 TD and 2 REC, 11 YDS. Miami was obviously so worried about the impressive aerial assault Geno Smith is capable of unleashing that they were unable to focus on the run.

Geno Smith – 7/13, 65 YDS, 1 INT and 4 CAR, 19 YDS. Geno Smith… the perfect quarterback, assuming you don’t let him do anything.

Chris Johnson – 17 CAR, 105 YDS. Chris Johnson. I remember when he was a thing.

Percy Harvin – 1 REC, 6 YDS and 6 CAR, 27 YDS. You got Geno Smith, a guy who can’t pass well, throwing to Harvin, a guy who can’t run routes well. Let’s see what happens.

Zach Sudfeld – 1 REC, 20 YDS. Zach Sudfeld. That tight end we all owned for one week in 2012…
