Week 13 has come and gone. Some of us were winners, and some of us were losers. Full transparency from me when I tell you I won a little more than I lost in Week 13. After what some people have called “byemageddon” with six teams on bye in Week 13, we need only navigate the Cardinals and Commanders sitting Week 14 out. Both teams have some viable fantasy names, but neither carries a bunch of must-start fantasy players.

More than the Week 14 bye week, we need to discuss the latest additions to the running back injury room. Week 13 saw Zach Charbonnet, Brian Robinson, Rhamondre Stevenson, and Derrick Henry all exit their respective games early. Those departures opened the door and playbook to some names we will discuss below.

As you look at the Week 14 waiver wire, my advice for you is to be diligent about the immediate injury issues while focusing on the playoff weeks for your league. Make sure you have handcuffs in place to insulate you from heading into a playoff matchup at less than 100%. Consider dropping that WR5 you never start for a viable replacement-level player you would start should the player in front of them go down with an injury.

Remember to check in with the @Razzball NFL team of writers as we host our Sunday Morning Start/Sit podcast every week, starting two hours before kickoff and going all the way up to the official start of the early games. We have also created a new Tuesday evening show where we hit on waivers, trades, and trends for the upcoming week. Join @BobbyLaMarco, @SkyGuasco, The Lineup Builder @Derek_Favret, and me, Matt Stiles @stiles08, at 9 pm EST/6 pm PST for the show as we will be answering all your questions to help you win your weekly matchups. Come for the analysis, and stay for the laughs!

Add of the Week:  I am always honest with the readers, so here is my truth. I do not think there is a must-add player heading into Week 14. I will give you a quick list of names below. Those will not come with a lot of analysis simply because the players below are injury fill-ins that could help you as you head into the playoffs. Mark my words; there will be more injuries each week, so it is best to have your insurance policies updated via the wire right now. With that, let’s get to our list.

WAIVERS:

QB: Jordan Love, GB:  Right now, Love makes this list because he has earned it much more than because I am a Packers fan/homer. It was a roller coaster ride for a while, and I would like to say Love has “turned the corner” or “figured it out,” but we will not know that for some time still. I will mention he put the most points against the Chiefs in Week 13. More than any other offense this season. Let that sink in.

Russell Wilson, DEN: Now dude wants to be a goal-line back? Fantasy players love it. Keep riding with Russ!

Gardner Minshew, IND:  Good upcoming schedule. He looked solid on Week 13.

Jake Browning, CIN:  If you saw what you saw on MNF, then you know we should at least consider Browning in deep leagues. If you lost Trevor Lawrence last night (ankle sprain), Browning might be a decent fill-in option.

RB: Tyjae Spears, TEN:  I dig the potential and speed this kid is displaying, and we all know how much HC Mike Vrabel wants to run the ball. HINT: The Titans cannot throw, so Spears becomes an RB1 if Derrick Henry continues to be hobbled.

DeeJay Dallas, SEA: I am not making this move. If you roster Kenneth Walker III, I assume you also roster Zach Charbonnet. If I am correct, it looks like you will soon roster three Seahawks RBs.

Ezekiel Elliott, NE: Please know the year is not 2016. Also, watch five minutes of any recent Patriots games, and you will understand even if Zeke gets more runs, he is not a league winner.

Keaton Mitchell, BAL:  You can do worse than this youngster coming off a bye.

WR: Noah Brown, HOU:  My guy Noah is back, but he looked like No-Uh in Week 13. Not to worry. With Tank Dell done for the year, Brown could be a monster down the stretch!

Jameson Williams, DET: Starting to get some additional looks from Jared Goff. He is one play away from a double-digit outing every time he catches a pass. A rushing TD in Week 13 helps his cause.

Curtis Samuel, WAS:  Dude is still hanging around the Commanders’ WR room. Not sure you can trust any Washington WR moving forward, so add/start at your own risk. Also, on bye Week 14.

TE: Zach Ertz, FA:  What contender will sign the former Pro Bowl TE? Keep an eye on his status.

Isaiah Likely, BAL:  Must be added if still on your wire.
