Ugh, why am I even doing this? I don’t know but I started something and I’m gonna end it right and the way it should end with me reviewing all of our 2012 fantasy football rankings and I’m not gonna let the boring topic of kickers impede that goal. There were quite a few surprises this year in the end of year kicker ranks. Of course, that last sentence requires that you care about kicker ranks and how things ended up. Some fan/fantasy favorites like SeaBass didn’t quite make it while a couple of young upstarts climbed their way into fantasy relevance. Or at least as relevant as you can get for being a kicker. To clear any confusion, we’re relying on yahoo’s end of season rankings for kickers in terms of review as we don’t yet have our own player rater but – spoilers! – are in the hopes we have one for the 2013 season. I know you just can’t wait to see how kickers line up in that! Alright, wordpress has informed me I’ve now cleared over 150 words about kickers for just an intro so lets get this over with. Here were your top 10 kickers for the 2012 fantasy football season…Please, blog, may I have some more?
This is going to be a good weekend for me in daily fantasy land, I can tell. It’s like that time I got the girl to do that one thing… never mind. Anyway, let’s celebrate my impending windfall with a Week 14 Razzball Tournament*with a $2 buy-in. Sounds good? Good. Now I’ll tell you who […]Please, blog, may I have some more?
So we almost did something different with our FanDuel post this week. Almost. But Morgan Freeman himself came down from on high to preserve the status quo. One of the remnants from that near-change is the revised title of this piece, which includes a nice wordplay between fantasy sports and fantasies I have in my […]Please, blog, may I have some more?
So a guest at the hotel I work at just called down to the front desk complaining of noise in the room above him. Since it’s 1:30 in the morning, I walked up there and checked it out. Sure enough, TV blaring, a bunch of people in the room, and when I knocked on the […]Please, blog, may I have some more?

Hello fans of the football fantasy world. I’m excited to be back for another year of Razzball writing. In this column, Drew and I are going over our respective strategies in the context of a recent mock draft completed last week on yahoo’s fantasy site. As Drew mentions in his introduction, you really do have […]Please, blog, may I have some more?
I’m so glad I’m getting these out of the way. On the one hand, yes, they count for scoring points. On the other hand, they really have no major relevance to how you draft. On the third hand, which is actually the first hand wrapped around your back and making you look deformed until you realize you’re […]Please, blog, may I have some more?

This brings to a close our weekly rankings for this, the first week of the National Football League. As I write this we are under 24 hours until the season opener commences. Yes, we will be favred to death, but it’s football! Real football!! Keep those start/sit questions coming in the comments. If you pose […]Please, blog, may I have some more?
I grew up reading Lindy’s NFL preview magazines, so when I was asked to do a mock for their fantasy magazine I said giddy-up. I can’t say this is the best team I’ve ever drafted, but looking back I couldn’t really see anything I would have done differently. Picking 12th of course has it’s advantages, […]Please, blog, may I have some more?
