Pysche!  You thought I was gonna lead off talking about Le’Veon Bell didn’t you?  Ok, you’re kinda right.  That is what I was implying by the title of the post.  But this is about updated rankings and as I reviewed where I originally had him – RB26 – and I realized I’d have to question my sanity if I dropped him any lower.  I mean, if DMC is RB23, it feels kinda wrong to move Bell any further down without knowing much more about the severity, ya know?  Basically, by staying pat, I’m telling you his value is still in that range for me but I also realize when there’s little information,  fear drives the market price.  If he starts slipping into the role player tiers of guys – behind the Vereens and the Browns – dive in without abandon.  If that scares you, think about this: people willingly draft Darren McFadden with the idea he might actually not play in more then even 14 games on the year and they’ll do it much earlier.  Now keep in mind I’m not telling you to go crazy on this front.  The injury really is a little scary and since he doesn’t have a track record in the NFL we can’t say what we can expect from him if and when he really is healthy.  Again, when dealing with rookies and injuries, it’s always a gut call.  When dealing with rookie injuries, we’re putting the cig in our mouth and telling lady luck to take aim and fire.  There’s danger here but also much promise.  Of course, his injury also affects Isaac Redman as he’s currently named the backup but keep your eye on Dwyer as he was the more interesting of the two last year at points.  But enough about Steelers woe, let’s get on with the show and see how these Razzball Rankings shake out for 2013 Fantasy Football…oh yeah, I pretended to forget.  We’re still doing Razzball Commenter Leagues.  If you’re unfamiliar or unaware, click that link and it will whisk you away to another part of this site that tells you all about it.  Join a league.  Become a Commish.  Dye your hair purple.  We just don’t care, just click on that link.  Alright and with that, we move on…
