My injury report will cover both offensive and defensive players. I will focus only on those players relevant to fantasy football. If you have a player on your fantasy roster that you know to be hurt, but they do not show up on this list, then you should probably consider making a move. I will go team-by-team and do my best to make sure you have the most accurate injury information each week so you know who to start and who to bench. For injury information right up to kick-off, follow me on Twitter at @thefantasydick or visit TheFantasyDick.com.

Probable: 75% chance of playing

Questionable: 50% chance of playing

Doubtful: 25% chance of playing

Out: 0% chance of playing

San Francisco 49ers

Alex Smith (QB) – Out (shoulder) – Smith is back in limited practice, but will not play in Week 10. Troy Smith gets the start again.

Chicago Bears

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Cincinnati Bengals

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Buffalo Bills

Lee Evans (WR) – Probable (ankle) – Evans practiced in full on Friday and will play in Week 10.

Denver Broncos

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Cleveland Browns

Seneca Wallace (QB) – Questionable (ankle) – Wallace may be available to back up Colt McCoy in Week 10.

Jake Delhomme (QB) – Questionable (ankle) – Delhomme will most likely not be available for Week 10.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Arizona Cardinals

Chris “Beanie” Wells (RB) – Questionable (knee) – Wells was limited in practice on Friday and coach Whisenhunt said his status is the same as last week. He carried 1 time in Week 9.

San Diego Chargers

Bye Week.

Kansas City Chiefs

Dexter McCluster (RB/WR) – Questionable (ankle) – McCluster was limited in practice on Friday and is a game-time decision for Week 10.

Indianapolis Colts

Blair White (WR) – Questionable (shoulder) – White missed his second straight practice on Friday and is questionable for Week 10.  It is rare for a player to miss two practices and play on Sunday. Brandon James is next on the depth chart, but this should mean more plays for Jacob Tamme.

Jacob Tamme (TE) – Questionable (back) – Despite being “Questionable” Tamme is expected to play in Week 10 and is a TE1 for sure.

Austin Collie (WR) – Out (concussion) – Collie cannot catch a break this season. He is out for Week 10 and maybe Week 11. Stay tuned.

Mike Hart (RB) – Questionable (ankle) – Mike Hart is not expected to play in Week 10.

Joseph Addai (RB) – Doubtful (shoulder) – Addai is targeting a return in Week 11.

Dallas Cowboys

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Miami Dolphins

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Philadelphia Eagles

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Atlanta Falcons

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

New York Giants

Steve Smith (WR) – Out (pectorals) – Smith is expected to miss a minimum of 2 games with a partial tear of his pectoral.  Mario Manningham’s fantasy value just jumped a lot of notches.

Jacksonville Jaguars

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

New York Jets

Shonn Greene (RB) – Probably (personal) – Greene did not practice on Friday for personal reasons. He will play in Week 10 and should split carries 50/50 with Tomlinson.

Detroit Lions

Jahvid Best (RB) – Questionable (toes) – Best will play in Week 10 and has a great match-up against the Bills. If he doesn’t do it this week, then owners should be worried.

Matthew Stafford (QB) – Out (shoulder) – The Lions are saying that they will take Stafford’s situation on a week-to-week basis, but the feeling is he could be done for the year. Shaun Hill will start in Week 10 in a nice match-up.

Kevin Smith (RB) – Probable (knee) – Smith is likely to play in Week 10.

Jason Hanson (K) – Out (knee) – Another kicker is down. Hanson could miss 2-3 weeks. Dave Rayner will be the Lions’ kicker while he recovers.

Green Bay Packers

Donald Driver (WR) – Out (quadriceps) – His status for Week 11 is not yet known.

Carolina Panthers

DeAngelo Williams (RB) – Out (foot) – Williams did not practice this week. He is aiming to return in Week 11. Mike Goodson will shoulder the load in a great match-up against the Bucs.

Jonathan Stewart (RB) – Out (concussion) – Stewart is out for Week 10 and his status for Week 11 is not yet known.

Tyrell Sutton (RB) – Out (ankle) – Sutton will not play in Week 10.

Matt Moore (QB) – Injured Reserve (shoulder) – Moore is out for the season and Jimmy Clausen has been named the starter. This is a downgrade for the Panthers’ wide receivers.

New England Patriots

Tom Brady (QB) – Probable (foot) – Brady practiced on a limited basis on Friday, but appears to be in no danger of missing time in Week 10.

Stephen Gostkowski (K) – Injured Reserve (quadriceps) – Gostkowski will miss the rest of the season. Shayne Graham will be the Pats’ new kicker and makes a nice fantasy pick-up if you have been disappointed with your kicking situation.

Pat Chung (DB) – Questionable (knee) – Chung has said that he is feeling better and will be a game-time decision in Week 10.

Fred Taylor (RB) – Questionable (toe) – Taylor is a game-time decision for Week 10. Even if Taylor does not play, Green-Ellis makes a bad fantasy play against the Steelers.

Oakland Raiders

Zach Miller (TE) – Doubtful (foot) – Should return Week 11.

Nnamdi Asomugha (DB) – Doubtful (ankle) – Should return Week 11.

Bruce Gradkowski (QB) – Questionable (shoulder) – Gradkowski should be ready for Week 11, but it looks like he will be a back-up to Jason Campbell.

St. Louis Rams

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Baltimore Ravens

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Washington Indigenous People of North America

Donovan McNabb (QB) – Questionable (hamstring) – McNabb will play in Week 10.

Ryan Torain (RB) – Questionable (hamstring) – Torain should be ready to play in Week 10, but the return of Clinton Portis could damper his fantasy value.

Clinton Portis (RB) – Questionable (Groin) – Portis will be a game-time decision for Week 10 and local reporters believe he will play.

New Orleans Saints

Bye Week.

Seattle Seahawks

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Pittsburgh Steelers

No fantasy-relevant injuries.

Houston Texans

Owen Daniels (TE) – Out (knee) – The Texans are going to shut-down Daniels until he is 100% healthy. He will not play in Week 10.

Andre Johnson (WR) – Questionable (ankle) – Johnson will play in Week 10.

Matt Schaub (QB) – Probable (ribs) – Schaub will play in Week 10.

Tennessee Titans

Kenny Britt (WR) – Out (hamstring) – Britt is out at least 4 weeks, and it could be as long as 8 weeks, with a hamstring injury. He’s worth dropping in all leagues except Dynasty and Keeper leagues at this point.

Vince Young (QB) – Questionable (ankle) – Young took reduced snaps in practice on Friday. This will be a game-time decision and it is not looking good for Young. Kerry Collins would make a decent bye-week fill-in if he starts.

Minnesota Vikings

Bernard Berrian (WR) – Questionable (groin) – B-Twice will be a game-time decision in Week 10. There are better options out there.

Brett Favre (QB) – Probable (ankle, elbow, “groin”) – Favre practiced in full on Friday and will be ready start in Week 10.

Sidney Rice (WR) – Questionable (hip) – Rice will be a game-time decision in Week 10 and has come out and said that he doesn’t feel anywhere near 100%. He makes a nice speculative pick-up, but this week is not the week to use him.

Percy Harvin (WR) – Questionable (ankle) – Harvin will be a game-time decision in Week 10, but he is expected to start.
