This week in the Fantasy Football Championship league I wasn’t quite as on target as last week, but thankfully still lead the Writer’s League. I went a little nuts last week and entered 9 “duels” and went 5-4.
We’ve also got our own special league (you have to be special to get in) on FanDuel. It’s capped at ten teams, 5 dollars to enter 45 dollar prize pot. It’s weekly so we can duel it out with new teams each week. D-Fresh won the $45 last week with the trio of Vick,AP, and Collie leading the way! Congrats!

We get 60,000 to spend at our leisure. I ended with 0 dollars again so that’s probably a bad thing. Here is my first attempt at my week 4 team –
QB Michael Vick (WAS @ PHI): The Redskins pass defense has been giving up goodly yardage and Vick is still doing his thing and isn’t as expensive as Manning and Rodgers.
RB Chris Johnson (DEN @ TEN): I missed out on AP last week because I didn’t want to spend the money on him. CJ is one of the few possibly, maybe, sorda, “sure things.” Turn around three times and spit.
RB Cedric Benson (CIN @ CLE): Cleveland’s rush defense isn’t great and I think we’ll see Cincy go back to the run game because Carson is not well.
WR Austin Collie (IND @ JAC): Collie is having a break out season, but if Garcon is back I’ll have to change this pick later. The Mannings are going to have an easy time passing on the Jags, but I’d rather have the number of targets narrowed in my favor.
WR Wes Welker (NE @ MIA): He always seems to do well against his old team.
WR Greg Jennings (DET @ GB): Jennings needs to get going and Detroit is the team to do that against.
TE Dustin Keller (NYJ @ BUF): The Bills don’t like covering tight ends and Keller is so hot right now. Obey my dog!
K Sebastian Janikowski (HOU @ OAK): Sea Bass effed up last week and I think this will be a redemption game. Hey, it’s a kicker.
D Green Bay Packers (DET @ GB): If Best is out this could be even uglier than it should be.
