Our main man Jamaal Charles had off season surgery on his shoulder.  His shoulder was the one question mark I had about JC because he came out of a few games because of it (I’m going to assume it’s the same shoulder).  This is one of the reasons the Chiefs were so gung ho to get Thomas Jones.  There was no doubt that Jones was going to get goal line carries so that won’t change much, but I do feel that JC is a little riskier than I had hoped.  He is too talented not to reel off huge runs and TJ is just too old to be explosive anymore.  I may drop JC a spot or two in the rankings, but I am still targeting him in drafts.

The guys over at Rotoworld take a shot at the wide receiver depth chart for each team this season. I’m pretty much in agreement with them.

The Roto Arcade takes a look at the first round of a ppr mock draft. Lots of the usual suspects.

Fantasy Depth Chart takes a look at the 2010 Buffalo Bills.  He likes Fred Jackson to top the 1k mark and I agree.

USA Today looks at Donovan McNabb now that he’s in Native America.  They don’t see much of a change in his numbers and that isn’t all that good.

Jamey Eisenberg over at CBS Sports.com thinks Steven Jackson is being slightly undervalued.  I am a bit worried about his back, but he’s easily a top 10 player.

The Chinstrap Ninjas don’t like the fantasy prospects of the Denver Broncos key players.  I do still like Moreno with the chances that Buckhalter will see the injury report more than once.

Fantasy Fan Play looks at some possible breakout 3rd year wide receivers for this season.  Out of their list I’m liking Harry Douglas and Devin Thomas to make some noise.  And of course Pierre Garcon, but he’s already been pretty loud.

The Oakland Raiders look like the best fit for Terrell Owens according to John Clayton.  It makes a lot of sense and I think he would help them.  He wouldn’t make a ton of fantasy impact, but he still has a little left in those old legs.

NFL Fanhouse looks at Andre Johnsons’ bid for a new contract even though he has 5 years left on his 7 year 60 million dollar deal.

Dexter McCluster practiced with the wide receivers on the first day of OTA’s.  This just confirms what everyone has been saying.  At least this is some good news for JC.
