I’m not saying I heard that B_Don and JB Barry were going to be given a shot to run the Texans after Bill O’Brien was fired, but I’m also not saying I didn’t hear that. Fine I didn’t hear that, but ding dong, BoB is gone.

While Donkey Teeth is off with a bunch of guys playing with sticks and balls….he’s playing golf, get your mind out of the gutter, Razzball’s own, JB Barry, join the podcast. Together, B_Don and JB Barry break down the injuries, the RB situations, and replacement options for Austin Ekeler, Nick Chubb, and Kenyan Drake.

The Elites

Prev. Rank Rank Name Team Tm. Snap % Targets Avg. Targets PPR PPR/G Rec Yds TD
1 1 Travis Kelce KC 88% 27 9 55.7 18.57 21 227 2
2 2 George Kittle SF 98% 5 5 9.3 9.3 4 44 0

Had it right in the pre-season. Tried to get cute the first couple of weeks and do some promoting, but these are the guys that I trust.

  • Travis Kelce has the 11th most targets in the league and the 7th most receptions. He’s elite and in the best (ok, 4th best by the numbers, but you know what I mean) offense in football, no worries.
  • After a minor injury and a precautionary week off, it sounds like Kittle is ready to return.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are after week 3. They start with some injuries and reactions, and how some of those situations may change.

Then, it’s on to some Buy, Sell, Hold as we approach the quarter mark of the season and see where we’re valuing some of the more controversial players. We talk about a few top players from each position including D.J. Moore, Odell Beckham Jr., Joe Mixon, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, James Robinson, Cam Newton, Drew Brees, Jonnu Smith, Mark Andrews, and many more.

We wrap up with some quick waiver wire talk with a less than scintillating set of pickups for the week. Finally, we bring back everyone’s favorite part of the show, A**hole of the Week!

The Elites

Set it and forget it. These are the TEs I’d be trading for if you don’t want to just live the stream at TE.

  • George Kittle may not play this week due to lingering injury concerns plus MetLife field concerns. Even missing another week, I’d still take him as my #2 TE for the rest of the season.
  • Darren Waller gets the official bump to the elites after 16 targets in week 2. 12 receptions on 16 targets, *moving on up…*.
  • Of course, 1 week after I put Mark Andrews into the top tier, he disappoints, but last year’s track record and his connection with LJax keep him here for now.

We take a half time break from Monday Night Football as B_Don and Donkey Teeth are joined by the great Rudy Gamble to talk about the fantasy hangover that was week 2. We start with the elite RBs that went down in Saquon Barkley and Christian McCaffrey. We discuss their replacements and how much fantasy value we expect them to provide.

We walk through the Chargers week 2 situation between Joshua Kelley taking carries and Justin Herbert getting the start. The Broncos offense could look different with a backup QB and sans Courtland Sutton. Rudy has some thoughts on how the offenses may vary if it’s Herbert or Tyrod starting in the coming weeks.

We wrap up the show with some waiver wire adds for each position that we like for your week 3 help.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back to discuss the happenings in week 1, some possible situation changes, and go over @Al_FF_Red’s waiver wire article. After we compare our top picks with Boof’s top pickups, we go over some contract talk with Allen Robinson and RBs getting paid. Then, we get into our observations for week 1.

We start at QB  with Kyler putting up points in week 1. Then, we look at some established QBs that struggled in Carson Wentz, Tom Brady, and Ryan Fitzpatrick and discuss our level of concern on each.

Next, both hosts admit to being wrong on Clyde Edwards-Helaire. They discuss what takeaways there might be from that match up, and one of the hosts is slightly higher on him than the other. Austin Ekeler and Nick Chubb both disappointed in week 1 and we talk about some realistic expectations for the rest of the season.

The guys start the WR discussion by answering a listener question regarding D.J. Moore. Both of the hosts remain positive on Preston Williams before looking into the Giants WR breakdown. Is it Quintez Cephus time or was it just an adjustment sans Kenny Golladay?

We wrap up the show on the back end with tight ends. B_Don asks DT if he’s ready to move Andrews into his elite tier at the position. The guys discuss some young TE performances from week 1 and look at the potential for trading and streaming the TE position early in the season as your competitors are scrambling and panicking.

Week 1 is finally here! Are you ready for some football? Thursday night party! And by party I mean small gatherings of less than 6 people.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth have to talk about the recent Odell Beckham story to lead off the show. Then, we get into the tight end overview. Both of us have Kelce over Kittle and then we talk about DT’s infatuations, Darren Waller and Rob Gronkowski. We give our case for why we are lower on Tyler Higbee than the industry coming off his strong 2019 finish. B_Don then tries to talk DT off Jonnu Smith’s bum a**.

After the TE discussion, we take a look at some seasonal awards where we both give you our MVPs, draft values, SB predictions, sleepers, busts, breakouts, and ROY. We wrap up the show with a couple of fan questions from @AGrieke and @BensGotTweets as they prepare for week 1.

Donkey Teeth and B_Don start this show by eating some crow on Leonard Fournette, for now…Then, we move on to talk about the potential hold out RBs and what teams may be strapped to sign him against the cap. Then, the guys get into 2020 wide receiver rankings.

We start with Chris Godwin who is listed at 3 for DT over less assured receivers in Julio, Tyreek, and DHop. Cooper Kupp comes in at 7 and we take a look at his supposed 2nd half drop off. Then, we move on to the to a couple WR duos in the Dolphins and Seahawks WRs. We wrap up the show with a look at WR2 and WR3 tiers.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back for running back rankings for 2020 fantasy football part deux. We discuss some NFL news off the top including: the David Montgomery injury, Parris Campbell, Damien Harris, and continue to profess our love for Preston Williams. Then, we follow up with a podcast announcement before getting into the rest of DT’s RB ranks.

We start with some rookie RB back and forth where we differ on how we see the veterans and incumbents fitting into the offenses. We look at the Bills backfield with Devin Singletary and Zack Moss both coming in pretty low. B_Don defends Ronald Jones and Jordan Howard, and we take a look at how the Titans offense may look if anything were to happen to Derrick Henry.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back to discuss DT’s redraft RB rankings, top 10 and top 20. We start at the top with some tier talk among the elite RBs. Then, we get into where DT’s ranks diverge from the consensus with Austin Ekeler, Kenyan Drake, and Miles Sanders. We’re both higher on Leonard Fournette, and DT explains why he’s so high on Le’veon Bell. We wrap up with some Derrick Henry and David Johnson discussion where B_Don tries to talk DT into Henry and out of DJ.

How could the guys top Ryan McDowell, Andy Behrens, Danny Kelly, reigning RazzBowl champion Mike Beers (yes, he insisted that be his title)? Well, we couldn’t. So, it’s just the OGs. The original guys, that’s what that stands for, right? Anyway, B_Don reviewed Donkey Teeth’s QB Rankings and came prepared with questions.

We start at the top with Lamar Jackson vs. Patrick Mahomes debate. Not the way I would’ve expected each of us to go on this one, but I’m in on Lamar. DT makes his bold call with Kyler coming in at 3, and his love of Josh Allen knows no bounds as the Buffalo QB comes in at 6.

Both of us are down on Dak Prescott after a breakout 2020 season. Of course, Donkey Teeth loves the ‘stache, just can’t help himself. We wrap by talking about some veteran QBs that DT has pushed behind rookie, Joe Burrow.
