So, Week 3 is upon us and if you read my post last week, then surely you won your league already, right? That’s how it works but maybe you need another healthy dose of fantasy football information and that’s what this will provide you. Currently, the NFL is going through an injury epidemic right now with Dez Bryant, DeSean Jackson, Tony Romo, Andre Ellington, Tevin Coleman, Jay Cutler, Alshon Jeffery, Eddie Lacy, DeAndre Hopkins, Dwayne Allen, Lamar Miller, Drew Brees, Brandin Cooks, Eric Decker, Chris Ivory, DeMarco Murray, Ladarius Green, and Delanie Walker all dealing with injuries right now that either have them missing games or potentially missing games/limiting them. And we just started Week 3… This is where having the right handcuffs is most important and who to have on your bench could be the difference between a win and a loss on any given week.

Is the phrase, “Back in Black” work here? I’m currently wearing a white t-shirt, but oh well. This is the first of a weekly series I’ll be writing about arguably the most underrated part of anyone’s quest to winning their Fantasy Football league: their bench. You heard me, your Fantasy Football team’s bench players. What happens when you suffer an injury like Dez Bryant, have a suspension like Le’Veon Bell (no, not Tom Brady) or just your starters aren’t cutting it? Your bench plays a pivotal part in helping to make sure you are well prepared for when anything may arise. Often times, the teams and owners that win their leagues at the end of the season are those who pick up the right players and drop the wrong ones. This is what this weekly series will address, figuring out who to add, who to drop, and who to keep. So those of you who still have Josh Gordon on your bench, for example, it may be time to drop him (the first tip is on the house). So kick back, open your eyes wide, and enjoy the ride.

Now that the NFL Draft is over, we know where all of the rookie skill players are going to be playing this season. This was a loaded and well-stocked rookie class when it came to skill positions like wide receivers, running backs, and quarterbacks. Plenty will be big fantasy football contributors and this list will rank them in order (you can find Part 1 here). Some could be the difference between winning your league this year and losing it. These rankings will show you who to target and look for in drafts.
