“Where is Donkey Teeth and who is this jackass in his place?” is what you are probably saying to yourself right now. Hi, I’m The Joey Wright, former Razzfan, current Razzwriter, and your Razz-fill-in for the week while DT is getting his stable remodeled. I usually write the Monday morning waiver wire column, which we are way past by this time of the week. Today is Sunday! Time to set those lineups, make last-minute add/drops, and possibly even push a trade through if your commissioner would allow it. I know I would. Over the past week, we have had amazing pieces from our entire staff of writers to help you with just those decisions. We’ve had Skorish’s Injury Report, Bobby LaMarco’s excellent Wide Receiver Breakdowns, and even some IDP Targets from Jordan Loupe just to name a few. Make sure though to check out all of our wonderful articles from the past week. Down below I’ll give you some start options I like this week as we all prepare for the bye-nado.  I’ll also include my Week 7 rankings for half PPR leagues. Feel free to ask me questions in the comments throughout the day if you think the rankings don’t address your specific needs. And please, please, please consider purchasing our 2021 Fantasy Football Tools Subscription. My rankings pale in comparison to the incredible suite of tools Rudy Gamble has created. Plus you’ll receive all kinds of other benefits with your subscription including next-day snap count and target rate data. Rudy’s tools are like Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight, well researched, precise, and timeless. Where mine are like in Batman Forever when Joel Schumacher simply put nipples on the bat suit. Here are some players I like this week:

Jameis Winston | New Orleans Saints

Jameis Winston had his best fantasy performance of 2021 in Week Five against the Washington Football Team throwing for 279 yards and 4 touchdowns. I am expecting another top 12 fantasy performance from the Saints’ main quarterback squeeze especially with Taysom Hill ruled out and unable to vulture rushing or passing touchdowns. Seattle has also allowed over 300 yards passing to four of their six opponents this season.

Matt Ryan | Atlanta Falcons

Matt Ryan is coming off back-t0-back weeks with top 12 quarterback performances against the New York Jets and Washington Football Team. Even if we didn’t have six quarterbacks on bye this week, it would be hard for me to pull Ryan out of my lineup. He is coming off a bye with a matchup against a Miami Dolphins team who are allowing an average of 307 passing yards and two touchdowns a game to opposing quarterbacks.

James Conner & Chase Edmonds | Arizona Cardinals

The rare one-two RB2 punch is coming for the Houston Texans. I expect Arizona to make easy work of the visiting Texans, current trophy holders of the worst scoring differential this season. The Texans also allow the third-most rushing yards this season with six total rushing touchdowns through as many games. Both Conner and Edmonds will continue to share duties, but in a game where they could both easily ellipse fifteen total touches each.

Marquez Callaway | New Orleans Saints

I’ve already heaped my praise on to Jameis Winston, but the Saints deserve to be blessed with more than just one nod here. Deonte Harris and Taysom Hill have already been ruled out for Sunday alongside Michael Thomas, who has yet to step on the field this season. The work should be there against the Seahawks. Expect easy WR3 numbers with high WR2 upside!

Ricky Seals-Jones | Washington Football Team

Tight end is one of the toughest positions to navigate on your team if you don’t draft a premium option in the first few rounds. Ricky Seals-Jones has been fantastic the past two weeks since filling in for an injured Logan Thomas. He has been second on the team in targets behind Terry McLaurin and leads the team in red-zone targets in the span. The Packers are giving up just over fourteen fantasy points a game to opposing tight ends.

Update: What to Do About Darren Waller

News broke this morning Darren Waller isn’t feeling well and will be a true game-time decision. Three players with late starts you can add and wait to see on Darren Waller are Cole Kmet, O.J. Howard, and Mo Allie-Cox. All three are rostered in less than 20% of leagues and at least one should be available for you to pick up.
