Donkey and B_Don are back this week, goin’ deep on new Steelers’ quarterback Mason Rudolph. After breaking down the film from Rudolph’s second half performance against Seattle this past week, the guys take a look at how the fantasy relevant Steelers will be impacted. Is this a chance to buy low on early round studs JuJu Smith-Schuster and James Conner? Will Vance McDonald continue to thrive with the youngster Rudolph at the helm? Are any of Donte Moncrief, James Washington, or Diontae Johnson worth rostering? Tune in and find out.

Then Donkey Teeth is lured away by some juicy sugar beets, but MB swoops in to save the day during the pick ups segment. Some players discussed by B_Don and MB include Demarcus Robinson, Daniel Jones, John Ross, Ty Johnson, Raheem Mostert, Nelson Agholor, JJ Arcega-Whiteside, and many more. Open your ear holes and enjoy!

14 team PPR. seeing which guy to drop m.davis for:
QB (1) newtown (can be moved to one of the 2 IR slots later in week, him or d-will or singletary), jimmer G
    RB (2) carson, d-will, m.davis, thompson, gio B, singletary
    WR (3) AB, JJSS, j.brown, sutton, c.davis
    TE (1) oj howard, VD
    1 flex
IR (2) guice, a.wilson (can’t make a move right now till one of my injured guys gets “out” for the week)

RB options over m.davis: wilkins, j.wilson, richard, ty mont (had him earlier, he’s been dropped twice now), j.hill, ogun, edmonds, gus the bus, d-wash. i hadn’t planned on having a backup TE till oj howard got ran through the TE mess that is arians nation.

I’d just cut Vernon Davis. Can always find another TE out there, or just hold where you’re at. Don’t believe Mike Davis is a must roster, and hope that he gets faded out of the offense in favor of Monty and Cohen.

that was my original thinking, till we’ve seen twice how utterly desolate the TE quadrant of arians nation is. obviously if j.reed was back he’d be a cut anyway. oj howard himself is far too good to cut.

I know there’s been a lot of talk about Arians and the TE position. And while there hasn’t been much production in his offenses from the TE position, we also have to remember who those TEs were. O.J. Santiago, Mark Campbell, Steve Heiden, Heath Miller, Jim Dray, Rob Housler, Darren Fells, Jermaine Gresham. Not exactly the most talented bunch of pass catchers…

My bigger concern on Howard is the same from pre-season in that everyone seemed to ignore that Cam Brate was banged up all last year and that he was going to take targets away.
