Part I: Browns signing of Watson was worst of all time

Five years, $230 million for Deshaun Watson, coming off allegations of sexual assault from 24 different women?

TWENTY-FOUR?!

Deshaun Watson is a sexual predator, plain and simple. A disgusting human. So the Cleveland Browns’ initial signing of Watson still really bothers me.

Then, on the field? Well, the guy stinks! He was just plain horrible upon his return last season — Jacoby Brissett thoroughly outplayed him, on the very same team, with the same exact teammates — and Watson is again one of the worst quarterbacks in the NFL this season.

Yes, he is dealing with a shoulder injury, but this is the NFL — guys tough it out every week! Not to mention the fact that Watson has been medically cleared to play for weeks. He just didn’t really wanna be out there. He’s shook, both mentally and physically. He’ll never be the player he was with the Houston Texans, and we should all be fully satisfied by that.

Part II: Why are the Browns getting so many calls?

Last week I covered the officials’ obvious bias in favor of the Chiefs and Eagles this season — remember, their Super Bowl was the most-watched in NFL history — but why are the Browns also getting preferential treatment?

What happened to the Colts Sunday afternoon was a travesty. They battled their asses off without their starting quarterback, Anthony Richardson (done for the season). They played extremely well, in a back-and-forth battle the entire way.

So why, on the road, were the Browns getting every single call down the stretch?

The ‘pass interference’ on the Browns was actually an uncatchable ball about 20 feet out of the back of the endzone. The contact was minimal, and the ball could clearly never be caught.

The ‘illegal contact’ on the Colts was an OBVIOUS offensive pass interference on Amari Cooper. And remember, this is all on the road! Why the hell do the Browns keep getting these game-changing calls?

This is back-to-back weeks for the Browns, as they also got every key call in a fluky 19-17 ‘win’ over the San Francisco 49ers. Why would the Browns be on the NFL’s agenda this season? Maybe they want a villain out in the open, like The Joker or Two-Face? Do they want the Browns stealing wins, and making the playoffs, so people can tune in to root hard against Deshaun Watson?

Who the hell knows? This all makes no logical sense to me.

Part III: Stefanski probably lied to the media

Kevin Stefanski told the media that he wanted to ‘protect his franchise quarterback’ on Sunday. When Watson left the game with injury — then was CLEARED by the doctors — Stefanski still kept him out, in favor of PJ Walker, the rest of the game.

Now… just keep it real with us, coach! Deshaun Watson stinks, we know it! Just tell us the truth. The guy is completely broken.

The Browns are in a conundrum going forward now because Walker isn’t good, but he’s also a much better leader than Watson. Guys play hard for Walker. He isn’t a sexual predator who should be in jail, either.

All things considered, the Cleveland Browns are a disgrace. And yet? They are somehow 4-2, and in an AFC playoff spot, after two wins that were gifted to them by the officials.

Something stinks to high heaven here. Can anyone figure out why the Browns are one of the NFL’s darlings this season?
