We got an uptick in points in NFL Week 3 vs. the same period of 2025:

Not drastic, but a vast improvement over Week 2. This is reflected in our RazzBowl 8 results. Here’s the top 25 for Week 2:

Legend: Rank is for points scored in the current week, Owner and Team refer to identifiers in NFFC, League is the RB8 league number the team is in, Draft Position is the spot the team drafted in, Chg is the number of points for the week, and RChg is the position the team moved up or down in the overall rankings for the tournament.

This week, four teams had 200+ points, led by Michael Cannizzo, who rode both Jahmyr Gibbs (41.40 points) and the Saints stack of Tyler Shough (36.35 points), Juwan Johnson (24.30 points), and Chris Olave (19.70 points) to bragging rights for Week 3. Michael knows the value of the waiver wire, as Kalif Raymond pitched in 21.00 points. Michael has the second-highest point total for a week so far.

Week 3 did not see the Mount Everest-sized rankings climbs that Week 2 did, but they were still impressive. These are the top ten risers:

@MarkRingo rode the fifth-highest point total for the week, rising 90 spots to 102 overall for the season. I’ll give a tip of the hat to my fraternity brother, Doug Alexander, who I cajoled into registering for RazzBowls 7 and 8. And I see my SFB 16 leaguemates all over these streets; looking at you, @Baldbronco and @Bay9er. Thanks for joining.

After three weeks, these are the top-25 teams for the season so far:

John Vamos is now a RazzBowl Bulldog. This is different from the University of Georgia variety. Ours has stronger teeth. Michael Cannizzo rode the highest score of the week to number 2 overall. Billy Mutch, whom I foolishly recruited at the SFB 16 live draft in San Francisco, is looking like the class of the league I’m in, and is now third overall. The top three are separated by fewer than 20 points. As a whole, we changed the league distribution: seven leagues sit in 15 of the top-25 spots, and this week, league 559 has three spots.

Finally, the Razzball RazzBowl hosts:

Rudy, @Sontzu, and I had the highest deviations from our norms; the rest of us were consistent to the first two weeks. How unlike us to be normal.

The first Week 4 game is intradivision in Cleveland on Thursday as the Browns host the Steelers. I’d tell you not to forget to set your lineups, but we have weeks until that needs to be done. Don’t forget waivers run on Wednesday at 11:00 p.m. Eastern.
