Last week Isiah Pacheco and Kenneth Gainwell led the way in my Breakout Running Backs piece – a Chief and Eagle on Super Bowl week! – while this week we turn our attention to some high-flyers and explosive players in the passing attack. Let’s dive in and take a closer look at my potential breakout […]

Following the San Francisco 49ers’ quarterback saga will make your head spin faster than Gerrit Cole’s fastball with sticky tack. It wasn’t that long ago that Jimmy Garoppolo was one throw away from becoming a Super Bowl champion QB for the Niners. Now? He’s featured prominently in my top free agent QBs piece and Kyle […]

This week’s article is going to be an abbreviated one. Not because I lost Jonathan Taylor with my team on a first-round bye but because there is not much more we have to discuss. If you have been following this column, you should have your handcuffs in place and your two playoff defenses set. You […]

Countless hours of research. Long, sleepless nights. Tossing and turning in bed… start or sit? Start or sit? Moments of believing we are actual NFL general managers. All that over-exaggerated drama brings us here: The fantasy football final four. The margin of error has now decreased from slim to none. One wrong push of a […]

Let’s f’n go!!! It’s playoff time in the land of fantasy football, and I couldn’t be more pumped. Some quick pointers straight off the top: This is a major research week in terms of streaming tight ends and defenses. It’s been a ridiculously bad season for tight ends – unless you have Travis Kelce, Mark […]

Well, Mitch is headed into the fantasy football therapist’s office this morning after taking three bad, brutal beats in Week 13. I am well below the RazzBowl 4 cutline after rolling into the playoffs at the top of the standings (Top 10). My #1 home league saw the bad beat occur when the Cowboys, seemingly […]

Where my RazzBowlers at? No, not you fine-looking gentlemen in the front in your bowler hats — y’all simmer down with your fancy headwear. I’m talking about the roughest, toughest imaginary sports managers out there: my RazzBowl peeps. I’m gonna need your powers of manifestation to propel me two spots ahead into the final cutline. Come on, will Tyler Conklin to fantasy glory! OK, OK, my team looks like The Walking Dead, but at least I’m a survivor. Part of my “still in it to win it” status derives from the fact that I get to write this sweet “injury report” every week. As long as y’all are still showing up, I’ll show up and help out. If we run out of steam and I enter my full winter hibernation, then feel free to swing back to this article as the weeks pass and ask questions. Unlike your thankless dog that will wag its tail for any ol’ Joe that drops a handful of steak, I’m still here for you!

Skeptics of head coach Jeff Saturday certainly have fodder after last night’s performance. The 3-7 Steelers headed to Indianapolis to visit the 4-6-1 Colts for the Week 12 Monday Night Football matchup. Expectations were low, and the Colts certainly delivered on those low expectations. NFL MNF Week 12 NFL MNF Week 12 NFL MNF Week […]

Week 9 Fantasy Football Trade Targets.     Each week we’ll take a look at the top trade targets for each position. Trade targets can be any player at any time throughout the season. The objective (when possible) is to “buy low” and “sell high,” acquiring and getting rid of players as they […]
