It’s Thanksgiving! I hope your morning is going more smoothly than mine is, there’s nothing like waking up to a still frozen turkey that you put in the fridge to thaw out on Monday. The virtual guests are going to be very uncomfortable watching me have a meltdown. At least the Ravens and Steelers battle it out tonight in what should be one of the most exciting Thanksgiving games that we’ve seen in years. Oh wait, that got pushed back until Sunday? We’re off to a rough start on Thanksgiving. It sort of makes me want to board a plane and just get out of dodge like the mayor of Denver.Â

MB: Detroit. I’m going against conventional wisdom here and taking the home team in the battle of two bad teams. D’Andre Swift not being on the field again following a zero point effort from this offense against Carolina is going to be a lot to overcome, but hey, maybe this time Kerryon Johnson gets it done.
Washington Football Team (+3) at Dallas Cowboys

MB: I’ll happily take the field goal and roll with Washington here. Just a few weeks back, Washington beat this same Dallas team 20-3. Gallagher is probably in the midst of suing  Mike McCarthy for stealing his act before the Vikings game instead of coming up with his appearance fee. Come on, McCarthy. It’s a tough time for comedians right now.
