Congrats to Dwoessne and Iltat who won two of our Razzball leagues and 45 cash dollars a piece.

Here are the three Razzball FanDuel Leagues in which we can continue our eternal struggle for fake football glory! — Uno, Dos, y Tres.

QB David Garrard: I know I’m putting a lot of eggs into the Garrard basket and that isn’t the basket I usually like to store my eggs in, but it is what it is.  He is at home where he usually plays better and he is going against the worst pass defense in the league.

RB Jamaal Charles: In his last game against Denver JC Superstar ran for 259 yards and 2 touchdowns.  Denver continues to play poorly against the run, think Run DMC.  In the last four games the Broncos have given up an average of 36.8 fantasy points and 179 yards rushing to running backs.

RB Arian Foster: Jacksonville isn’t just bad at defending the pass, they are an equal opportunity sucktastic defense.  In the last 4 games running backs are averaging 22 fake points a game against them and Foster is just dang good.

WR Desean Jackson: With Michael Vick back it’s almost a given that DJax will get a long touchdown.  With his speed and Vick’s arm and scrambling ability it just doesn’t seem fair.

WR Mike Wallace: See above.  And also see how pitiful the Patriots pass defense is.

WR Randy Moss: He has scored a touchdown in every first game with a team in his career and he’s starting to get first games with new teams at an alarming rate.

TE Jacob Tamme: Might as well ride the hot hand.

K Olindo Mare: The last time he faced the Cardinals he had 16 fantasy points. Who knows.

D Tampa Bay: Clausen and no Otah.

    @Doc: Dreesens worth starting over moeaki or h. miller if daniels doesn’t start?

    Thanks.

  2. Wilsonian says:
    (link)

    @Doc; @Anyone: I have Tampa in my lineup this week and have PIT on the bench. Do you drop PIT to stash either VJax or Rice or do you drop PIT to grab GB for next week and then hope one of the WRs are there Monday morning and drop Tampa for one of them?

    Thanks!

  3. Wilsonian says:
    (link)

    @Wilsonian: FYI: I’ve checked out the next 6 weeks and it looks like there are some pretty solid defense options on the WW, so streaming is a possibility.

  4. Ian says:
    (link)

    If active, is Harvin a must start over MSW? I know he pretty much proved last week that he’s a must start, but the Bears D is more than solid and Sims-Walker does get the Texans. PPR league, thanks!

  5. dirtyd says:
    (link)

    Which one:

    MSW vs HOU
    LaGarrette Blount vs CAR
    Fred Jackson vs DET

    at the flex in a 1PPR League?

  6. sal says:
    (link)

    @Doc: Thoughts on rolling with Mike Thomas or Nate B. over Welker this week? Id have to drop someone like Fred Jackson. Stay pat with Jackson on the benchor do you think either of the two are a better play for the rest of the year?

  7. Frank Rizzo says:
    (link)

    That’s 2 days in a row banging the Garrard drum. And your QB rankings have my guys Garrard and Roethlisberger both in the top tier for the week.

    As I stated yesterday I’m 3-6 and in a scary spot right now. I’m going up against the worst team in the league this week and have the luxury of watching what his QB (M Ryan) does tonight before deciding my QB. If Ryan blows up and I need to gamble do I take a chance on a huge game from Garrard or stick with Big Ben?

  8. Penguin says:
    (link)

    <– iltat

    I'd prefer to win by more than .2 points this week, Doc. Last week about gave me a heart attack.

  9. Ethan Stein says:
    (link)

    I was offered Bradshaw for my Hicks. Fair trade? This would be for the flex position.

  10. Chris says:
    (link)

    Brady, Palmer, or Garrard this week?

    Would have to make a slightly unpleasant drop to pick up Garrard.

  11. Matt Leinart says:
    (link)

    Most projections seem to like most of my options this week. Not a bad problem, I guess, but that almost increases the odds of having tons of points on the bench while some starters lay eggs.

    .5 PPR and also .2 per carry (favors feature RBs a little), I’m starting MJD and Bradshaw at RB. I’ll start Wallace and Megatron at WR. I need one more WR and a flex out of this bunch:

    TB Williams vs CAR, Sims-Walker vs HOU, Marshall vs TEN, Moreno vs KC, TJones @ DEN, Torain vs PHI.

    Right now, I have Marshall and Moreno in my lineup. Thoughts?

  12. Howie Met Your Mother says:
    (link)

    @Doc & anyone else with an opinion:

    Would you rather have Blount or D.Williams as your #4 RB (behind CJ2K, Rice, Bradshaw)? He’d probably never start unless one of those 3 got hurt the rest of the way.

  13. Nic says:
    (link)

    @Doc: offer Big Ben & Ronnie Brown for AP ? I have Vick & McNabb as well…will probably drop McNabb in the coming weeks if I cant move one of my QB’s by trade deadline tomorrow which I probably won’t be able too

  14. Damion says:
    (link)

    I’m involved in a pending trade offer….I’m trading Vick, Bowe,and Austin for Braylon and Anquan.

    What do you think?

    Heres my current roster:

    qb-vick, ryan
    wr-bowe, austin, mike williams, malcolm floyd
    rb-lynch, blount, rice, mccoy
    te-vianscho, kellar
    k-akers
    def-tampa bay

  15. dingo says:
    (link)

    is this a smart trade to take, i give ray rice and get run dmc and vjax. im likely in playoffs so looking for week 14-17 help

  16. Commish Cauda says:
    (link)

    I hope you’re right on Garrard…I’m starting him over Brady

  17. joe says:
    (link)

    need to know who to start… best 2 out of 4 shonne green, jones drew, blount, and jamaal charles… thanks

  18. mike says:
    (link)

    i have Visanthe Shiancoe but got h miller and moneaki available, should i pick up any of them or keep shiancoe?

  19. Doc

    Doc says:
    (link)

    @herschel: Yeah. And it’s not looking good for Daniels right now.

    @Wilsonian: I’m always for streaming, but that’s also why I don’t own the Steelers. I’d hate to drop them, but I haven’t looked closely at their remaining schedule as far as defensive matchups go. I plan on doing a rest of the season chart on just that pretty soon.

    @Ian: I think Harvin would be safer.

    @dirtyd: In PPR I think I’d roll a Blount.

    @sal: If it’s non PPR I’d just drop Welker for him.

    @Penguin: Hah, yeah that was a close one. Good job!

    @Ethan Stein: It’s fair, but not a huge difference.

    @Chris: I do like Garrard over both quite a bit.

    @Matt Leinart: I think you are good. MSW has a lot of upside this week, but he’s still risky.

    @Howie Met Your Mother: I’d want Blount.

    @Nic: I’d do that.

    @Damion: Don’t like it for you.

    @dingo: If VJax will be a big step up from one of your starters I’d go for it.

    @Commish Cauda: Yeah, it’s a little scary, but I feel pretty good that he won’t lay an egg.

  20. Jesse says:
    (link)

    Doc, quick question… A guy in my 1 point PPR league really wants Randy Moss. He is offering LT and Steve Johnson for my Randy Moss and Woodhead. Do I stay put and see what Randy does sunday or do I pull the trigger? My RB are Torain, Moreno and Reggie bush and Donald Brown. I also have Reggie Wayne as my other WR starter. I think old LT might breakdown and Steve Johnson’s schedule doesn’t look friendly while Moss has an easy road…. Decisions…
    Also the same team has a flex dilemma…start Donald Brown, Shaun Hill, Woodhead, Kitna or Amendola. Flex is only one choice of QB/RB/WR/TE…

  21. Doc

    Doc says:
    (link)

    @Frank Rizzo: Yeah, if Ryan goes off I’d play the upside with Garrard.

    @Jesse: I’d hold

    @mike: Id stick with Shiancoe

    @joe: MJD/JC

  22. Black Beard says:
    (link)

    Going forward: Jason Campbell or Chad Pennington?

  23. Wilsonian says:
    (link)

    @Doc: so I checked out PIT’s remaining schedule, and it’s not TOO favorable, but not bad. Their huge game is Week 16 (our championship week) when they have Carolina.

  24. heller says:
    (link)

    Doc. Non ppr.
    QB -Vick or Eli….. they should both have good numbers.
    RB2- Rice or S.Jax
    WR3-L.Evans or S.Holmes.
    Work that mojo doc. Thxs.

  25. Ian says:
    (link)

    Bye week is killing me. Need to start 2 out of Burleson, Blair White, Felix Jones, Steve Smith (Car)?

  26. Caprice says:
    (link)

    Ok, so I’m leaning towards playing: Moss, Austin, and Lynch (assuming Okung is back). Would you insert Garcon for any of these guys?

  27. Matt Leinart says:
    (link)

    I have some depth at WR and RB and am thinking of offering a trade. I might offer two of the following guys for either Foster, Run DMC or Gore and see if anyone bites. Too much? I will still have MJD, Bradshaw and Megatron in addition to whoever is left from this pool:

    So, should I trade two of:
    Mike Wallace, Mike Sims-Walker, Brandon Marshall, Mike Williams (TB), Ryan Torain, Knowshon Moreno, Thomas Jones for:
    Run DMC
    Foster
    Gore

    All of these owners need WR help in a big way. Thoughts?

  28. Matt Leinart says:
    (link)

    Or, is it worth it to try and buy low on Andre Johnson? His upcoming schedule sucks, but he was pretty good last year.

  29. Damion says:
    (link)

    @doc. its been reworked- trading matt ryan, bowe, and austin for braylon and anquan.

    how about that???

  30. Black Beard says:
    (link)

    Nonppr league, please rank for the rest of the year: Winslow, Watson, and Olsen.

  31. Sal says:
    (link)

    Tolbert or Brandon Jackson the rest of the way? Would you rather move Mason or Crabtree for whoever you like more. Thanks!

  32. Commish Cauda says:
    (link)

    Shawn Hill or Brett Favre?

  33. stumanji says:
    (link)

    QB: Sanchez @Cle or Hill @Buf?

  34. Wilsonian says:
    (link)

    Moreno or Bryant in a 0.5 ppr?

    Best or McCoy in a 0.5 ppr?

    Both just for this week. Thanks!

  35. genghis chone says:
    (link)

    PPR, point per 25 ret. yards, pick one to SIT:
    Charles, Harvin, Best

  36. Joel says:
    (link)

    Doc: RBs are CJ, Gore, Bradshaw and Blount. non-ppr, TD-heavy. I’m considering trading Bradshaw for Charles and Moreno. I think AB is the best of the 3, but I hate the Giants playoff schedlue and like the depth the 2 for 1 gives me down the stretch. should I do it?

  37. Doc

    Doc says:
    (link)

    @Black Beard: Tough, but I’m going to say Penny.

    @Wilsonian: I’d try to hold them. That should be a nice game.

    @heller: Tough, Eli, Rice, Holmes

    @Ian: That is tough. White/Burls

    @Caprice: I would hold there

    @Matt Leinart: I would trade any two of those guys for any one of those RBs.

    @Damion: I just don’t want braylon because I think Holmes will take over his production.

    @Black Beard: I’d go with that order

    @Sal: I’d go for Mason for either, but BJax a little more.

    @Commish Cauda: Long term or this week? They are pretty even in my mind.

    @stumanji: Hill

    @Wilsonian: Moreno/McCoy

    @genghis chone: Wow, that is tough. I;d lean Harvin, but the return yards are usually great. ugh. I guess harvin.

    @Joel: I would

  38. Isles Guru says:
    (link)

    In PPR do you trust Donald Brown (over Crabtree) after he lost 2 goal line opportunities to Scrubby McScrub?

  39. HUSK says:
    (link)

    i am in a ppr league and i need one rb and 1 wr and 1 te

    rb i have thomas jones, matt forte, brandon jacobs, ryan torain need one to pair with frank gore

    wr: garcon, welker, braylon edwards, and dez bryant i need one to go with roddy white

    thank you for the help NEEDING WIN BAD!!!

  40. G.O.B. says:
    (link)

    Is there any reason for me to start MSW or Garcon over Roddy? I just realized I have to make this decision today.

  41. Wilsonian says:
    (link)

    @Doc: thanks dood. I’ll hang on to them in hopes that I make the finals.

    One more quick important question for tonight:

    Do you play Roddy at not 100% or do I bench him for Buc Williams?

  42. genghis chone says:
    (link)

    @Doc:
    Re: Harvin, Charles, Best in PPR league w/ point per 25 ret. yards
    I’m assuming Andre Johnson, Hakeem Nicks and Chris Johnson start over all these guys, right?

  43. Doc

    Doc says:
    (link)

    @G.O.B.: I’d stick with Roddy

  44. Commish Cauda (formerly Mike) says:
    (link)

    This week only…two different leagues

    Shawn Hill or Garrard?

    Shawn Hill or Favre?

  45. Commish Cauda (formerly Mike) says:
    (link)

    Which pair would you rather have the rest of the way? 0.5ppr

    Roddy White & Garcon
    or
    Boldin & Brandon Marshall

  46. Commish Cauda (formerly Mike) says:
    (link)

    @Doc: Thanks.

  47. DDT says:
    (link)

    Doc,

    I’m considering Fitz over Brady this week @ QB. Am I nuts?
    Also, Bowe @ DEN or Knox vs. MIN? *return yards count in my league.
    Thanks

    This Ravens D is crap I think I could have started anything else would have been better.
