The bye-pocalypse continues this week, with the Cardinals, Panthers, Giants and Buccaneers getting the week off. So let’s line up all the best streamers for your Week 11 fantasy matchups.
To keep things simple, we’ll define a streamer as any player you wouldn’t usually start who is a viable option for this week. They may be on your bench or they may be on waivers, depending on your league. We’ll define a stash as any player you can probably find on waivers that you should stash for the future, either because they have a favorable match-up coming up, or because they could become a future fantasy starter.

I’ll also be reporting my streamer record from the season to date above each section, to give you an idea of what to expect. Strong finishes mean top third of starters at the position, moderate means the top half of starters and a bust is anyone else.
QB Streamers (10 strong, 5 moderate, 6 bust):
- Player: Jared Goff
- Matchup: Jaguars
Jared Goff threw an incredible five interceptions last week, so it’s hands off the Lions quarterback, right? Well, not for me. At home against the Jaguars, I’m expecting a big bounce back.
- Player: Justin Herbert
- Matchup: Bengals
In general, I’m not high on Justin Herbert as a fantasy quarterback this year. But this week he gets a lovely Bengals matchup followed by an even better opponent in the Ravens in Week 12. After that he’s droppable but as a temporary streamer, I’m a big fan.
QB Stash:
- Player: Jordan Love
- Matchup: Bears
In his last two games, Jordan Love combined for no touchdowns and a pair of interceptions. Until I see a return to normality, I’m not willing to start him against the Bears and their strong defense. But I’d love to stash him just to see if he can recapture the form that led to 13 touchdowns and over 1000 yards from weeks 4-7.
RB Streamers (18 strong, 9 moderate, 6 bust):
- Player: Nick Chubb
- Matchup: Saints
It’s strange to think a team struggling for healthy cornerbacks is weakest against the run, but the Saints have conceded the third most points to running backs this season. That included over 200 yards and 2 touchdowns by the Falcons’ duo last week, even though they trailed for much of the game. That brings Nick Chubb well into play in Week 11.
- Player: Austin Ekeler
- Matchup: Eagles
I’m going to be honest with you, there are no other good RB streamers this week. Guys like Rico Dowdle, Tony Pollard, Jaylen Warren, Alexander Mattison and the Jaguars pair all have awful matchups. Austin Ekeler does too but he’s at least interesting. He offers some receiving upside and is still available in many leagues.
- Player: Jaylen Warren
- Matchup: Ravens
Yeah, I know, I just listed Jaylen Warren as a bad option. But he’s available in plenty of leagues and should at least have a solid receiving workload in addition to plenty of early down work with Najee Harris likely out. We saw how well that turned out for Chase Brown, a back with a similar profile. If Harris is in fact out, Warren is in for me.
RB Stashes:
- Player: Audric Estime
- Matchup: Falcons
Do not trust Audric Estime…yet! Yes, he got the primary workload on the weekend. But this week that isn’t worth much because, you know, the Chiefs. And it’s also worth noting that this was more of a hot hand situation than a concerted effort to make Estime the starter. I need to see another week of usage before I’m willing to trust the rookie in my fantasy lineup.
Running backs get injured more than any other player in fantasy, with the average Top 36 running back missing two games per season in fantasy. For that reason, your best bet in fantasy is to roster running backs who are an injury away from an every-down role. Each week, I’ll be listing my favorite RB stashes, only including players you won’t be starting most weeks.
Top Handcuffs: Tyler Allgeier, Braelon Allen, Zach Charbonnet, Blake Corum, Ray Davis, Roschon Johnson, Tyjae Spears, Devin Singletary, Cam Akers, Gus Edwards
WR Streamers (6 strong, 13 moderate, 11 bust):
- Player: Jauan Jennings
- Matchup: Seahawks
Despite the return of Christian McCaffrey, Jauan Jennings still has a clearly defined role in the 49ers’ offense. Now that role may not be valuable some weeks, as George Kittle, Deebo Samuel and CMC will all be fighting from targets. But in Week 11 against the Seahawks, I think Jennings has a solid chance of another good performance. I also think Ricky Pearsall is turning into a low-end option too.
- Player: Jameson Williams
- Matchup: Jaguars
The Jaguars love giving up points to wide receivers (and running backs, and quarterbacks, and tight ends) so it’s entirely feasible we see Jameson Williams having a big week after a solid performance in his return from suspension. He’s a low-end but upside streamer in Week 11.
- Player: Marquez Valdes-Scantling
- Matchup: Browns
This just feels truly insane. Marquez Valdes-Scantling only just arrived on the Saints roster yet he already appears to be the WR1. Now the Saints WR1 has little value and even less production security, but against the Browns, who have conceded the second most points to wide receivers this season, MVS is a true upside streamer with absolutely zero floor.
WR Stashes:
- Player: Diontae Johnson
- Matchup: Steelers
Diontae Johnson will be dropped in a lot of leagues this week and I’ll be picking him right up. I think it won’t be long until he takes over Nelson Agholor’s WR3 role before cutting into Rashod Bateman’s 12 personnel snaps soon after. Don’t do anything crazy and start him this week, but he’s got more upside than most receivers available on waivers.
- Player: Adonai Mitchell
- Matchup: Jets
With Michael Pittman finally out with injury, Adonai Mitchell slid into the starting X role which has proven valuable with Joe Flacco. I wouldn’t trust the rookie against the Jets, but I think he’s an interesting stash unless Pittman ends up out long-term.
- Player: Romeo Doubs
- Matchup: Bears
I still trust Romeo Doubs to provide consistent weekly production as the main outside receiver for the Packers. But not this week against a strong Bears secondary. Stash him and just ensure nothing has changed out of Green Bay’s bye week.
TE Streamers (6 strong, 3 moderate, 10 bust):
- Player: Tucker Kraft
- Matchup: Bears
The Bears tend to leave the middle of the field a little more open, especially while Jaquan Brisker has been out. This means Tucker Kraft is a viable starter this week against a Chicago team that is in crisis.
- Player: Taysom Hill
- Matchup: Browns
Taysom Hill can’t be trusted, we know this, but he has massive upside. This game should have plenty of points in it and when the Saints are scoring points, there’s a chance Taysom is heavily involved. So, if you need big points, you can take a risk on the NO hybrid.
- Player: Dawson Knox
- Matchup: Chiefs
I’ve gone a little left-field this week and gone for three streamers and no stashes at tight end. If you want a stash, Will Dissly is my favorite but I don’t feel good about it. I admit I don’t feel amazing about Dawson Knox either; but if Dalton Kincaid is out, Knox becomes an intriguing option. Before Kincaid arrived in Buffalo, Knox was consistently a Top 10 tight end and, with Amari Cooper and Keon Coleman battling injury, the Bills will need all the help they can get against the unbeaten Chiefs. It’s also worth noting that KC has conceded the second most points to tight ends this season.
K Streamers (9 strong, 5 moderate, 6 bust):
- Player: Ka’imi Fairbairn
- Matchup: Cowboys
With no Panthers this week, I’ve had to go elsewhere for my kicking streamers. I like Ka’imi Fairbairn as a (usually) accurate kicker who gets a top five matchup against the struggling Cowboys.
- Player: Wil Lutz
- Matchup: Falcons
The Falcons remain a consistently excellent kicking matchup and Wil Lutz is a very solid kicker. In a week with few great options, Lutz is likely available on waivers for you.
DST Streamers (13 strong, 1 moderate and 6 bust):
- Player: Detroit Lions DST
- Matchup: Jaguars
The Jaguars looked awful with Mac Jones and if he’s starting again this week, I love the Lions DST. But even if Trevor Lawrence plays, I’m open to taking on this matchup anyway. It just slides a little in my rankings, and I’d rather have…
- Player: Houston Texans DST
- Matchup: Cowboys
With Cooper Rush under center, the Cowboys look truly awful. Meanwhile, the Texans had five interceptions against the Lions. This could go very badly for Dallas and that’s why I want Houston’s DST.
Please note I won’t be listing any kicker or DST stashes as you should never roster more than one of either of these positions.
