It’s a great week for football, folks.
As the NFL is a mostly American pastime, I’ll confidently say “Happy Thanksgiving!” today, recognizing not everyone who’s an NFL fan celebrates this exclusively American holiday. But every NFL fan benefits from the stacked Thursday slate of division games: Dak Prescott and the Cowboys take on Brian Robinson Jr and the Commanders; Jordan Love and the Packers face off against the Sun God, Amon-Ra St. Brown and the Lions; and then Geno Smith and the Seahawks welcome George Kittle and the 49ers.
Speaking of George Kittle, he finds himself (as of this writing) ranked as TE2 this week behind only Travis Kelce. Sure, that might have been different if Mark Andrews hadn’t gone down with an injury last week, but hey, this is where we’re at.
Obviously, with the holiday weekend craziness, I don’t know if I’ll be able to update the rankings every day this week, but I will at least get you an update on Thursday and another on Sunday, loyal reader.
