Feeling stuffed from last Thursday’s turkey, potatoes, and massive slate of football games? We’re back to multiple teams on bye for Week 13, which, for most of us, is the penultimate regular season matchup for fantasy. And who, might you ask, is the QB1 this week? Probably Jalen Hurts, yeah? Maybe Patrick Mahomes? Nah, fam. Dak Prescott, throwing to WR2 CeeDee Lamb and with top-ten options in RB6 Tony Pollard and TE7 Jake Ferguson, is your QB1. Yup. Dak Prescott.
The Dallas offense has been on fire the last few weeks, so this really shouldn’t come as a surprise. After starting the season 4-2 and averaging just about 25.6 points per game, the last five outings have seen the ‘Boys go 4-1 while scoring an average of 38.6 points. That’s more than two touchdowns on average per game. So, if you have any Cowboys on your rosters, start ’em. They’re coming for the Seahawks on what is normally the sleepiest matchup of the week on Thursday Night Football.
As always, these rankings will be updated several times this week. And, to be fair, as of this writing, I am projecting Prescott to just 0.1 fantasy points more than Jalen Hurts. But for now, Dak sits atop the heap. As Post Malone put it so well, “Always goin’ for it, never punt fourth down / Last call, Hail Mary, Prescott touchdown.”
