It’s here.  Finally.  The Finale.  The big tamale.  The Carne Asiata.

The ginormous 2013 Fantasy Football Millionaire Grand Final is this weekend, where the overall winner is going to win a million bucks.  A thousand thousands.  A million… ones…  Imagine making it rain that much, Pacman!  In a futile attempt all year, I unfortunately did not win a satellite ticket into the tourney, so I’m playing in a cheapy and not in line for the million.  But hopefully you have enough to enter the contest or have won any of the several satellites to get in there.  And if a member of Razzball Nation becomes a millionaire, maybe you buy me a couple crown and cokes?  Yup, I’m gonna be “one of those” if you’re a winner!

Taking one final look back to last week’s picks:

QB – Matt Ryan  29-38  210 Yds  1 TD  1 INT  (10.3 Pts)

RB – LeSean McCoy  38 Rush Yds  5 Rec  68 Yds  (15.6 Pts)

WR – Josh Gordon  3 Rec  67 Yds  1 TD  (15.7 Pts)

FLEX – Bryce Brown  (0 Pts)

TOTAL:  41.6 (previous weeks’ totals: 87.2, 48.1, 56.3, 55.82, 63.8, 75.26, 56.96, 51.34, 42.48, 49.3, 73.38, 24.4, 70.24)

Welllllllll… that didn’t go too hot…  The Eagles crapping the bed destroyed my DraftKings hopes this week.  Plus I didn’t pick Jamaal Charles.  Ouch!  Looking to this week, I think to win the Millionaire Finale you have to hit on some bold calls.  As Nick and I mentioned on this week’s Podcast, like everyone is gonna go with JC Superstar.  Not that I think he’s a bad play, but if he does have a down game you could be that much closer to millionaire-hood.  Here’s who I like for the DraftKings Millionaire Finale:

QB – Peyton Manning ($9,300) – Oh man, is this the perfect week for Peyton to be off some tough games or what?!  At Houston, against a team that looks awful, in a game where Peyton is going to want to hit on all cylinders.  Not that that’s not every game (double negative!), but I think he’s worth the high price as others are going to want to get cute at QB.  Not me.  I am double positive on Peyton!

RB – Jordan Todman ($4,400) – At this point in the week, I’m taking a chance on Maurice Jones-Drew being out, and using the big discount on Todman.  You can run on the Titans, as Rashard Mendenhall showed us all (called that one!) and if no MJD then I love Todman as a high-upside starter for a very solid price.

WR – Calvin Johnson ($9,000) – Just like Peyton, I think there will some hesitation given Megatron’s tough Monday night game.  But the Lions desparately need a win, and guess what?  They got the Giants this week!  And it’s at home in the weather controlled dome.  This should be an absolute slaughter.  Here is where I’m spending my big money.

FLEX – Riley Cooper ($5,000) – Looking at the receivers around him, I think his value is impossible to pass up for the finale.  At home against a terrible Bears D, I think Cooper has that home run upside we saw mid-season.  And if the weather is bad in Philly, then you can switch him out at the last minute, a great reason why to pick DraftKings.  I’m picking the Eagles upset the Bears in this one, and Cooper gets you at least 20 DraftKings points.
