Best Fantasy Player From Each Team in 2025
Each team has a Super-Star. Some have a few. Most of those Super-Stars do as we expect producing league stabilizing and league-winning performances. However, as we see every season, a handful of those Super-Stars fall short giving way for others to step up. I’m surprised each year of how many new “names” pop up into our lineups. Here’s a look at the best fantasy performer from each team from the 2025 season. How many of these will reclaim the title in 2026? Comment below.
- Arizona Cardinals TE Trey McBride – 19 PPR points per game. McBride was the TE1 overall all season. He’ll be the TE1 off the board again in 2026.
- Atlanta Falcons RB Bijan Robinson – 22 PPRppg. Nine Top 5 performances, 11 total touchdowns. Bijan was RB1 in the fantasy playoffs.
- Baltimore Ravens RB Derrick Henry – 16.4 PPRppg. QB8 overall. King Henry ended where we drafted him with an expectedly mid start and heavy finish. Ride the wave until the wheels fall off.
- Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen – 22 ppg. QB1 overall. Only three games with less than 17 fantasy points.
- Carolina Panthers RB Rico Dowdle – 12.7 PPRppg. RB18 overall. Outside of three performances, Dowdle was… meh. He scored 94.4 of his 216.3 PPR points in three games. That leaves 121.9 over the other 14 games. Quick math anyone…? Yes, 8.7 PPR points per game. Or, RB37. He’s going to be severely over drafted in 2026.
- Chicago Bears QB Caleb Williams – 19 ppg. Technically QB6 overall, but just .6 points behind Dak Prescott for QB5. Only five games with less than 13 fantasy points.
- Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase – 19.6 PPRppg. WR4 overall. Chase didn’t really lose pace after Joe Burrow went down. When he came back though, Chase was on fire! He’ll be in talks for top WR off the board again in 2026.
- Cleveland Browns TE Harold Fannin Jr. – 11.7 PPRppg. TE6 overall. Fannin popped as a rookie. The lone bright spot for the Browns other than Quinshon Judkins (also a rookie). Fannin has the potential to rise to TE1 overall if anything slips with McBride or Brock Bowers.
- Dallas Cowboys QB Dak Prescott – 19 ppg. QB5 overall. Only three games with less than 13 fantasy points and didn’t have CeeDee Lamb for a chunk.
- Denver Broncos QB Bo Nix – 18.6 ppg. QB7 overall. Six games with less than 15 fantasy points and was a bit more boom-or-bust than his season long stats suggest.
- Detroit Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs – 21.6 PPRppg. RB3 overall. Gibbs had three of the highest RB scores with 36.8, 38.2 and 55.4. He’s a much better version of Dowdle; obviously, but nonetheless. Most of his production came over a few games. He had a higher floor over the others and David Montgomery barely played. He’ll be Top5 again in 2026.
- Green Bay Packers QB Jordan Love – 16 ppg. QB15 overall. Missed two games and had six games with less than 15 fantasy points. He and Josh Jacobs were essentially tied, but I’m a baseball guy, so “tie goes to the QB” (I guess).
- Houston Texans WR Nico Collins – 15.1 PPRppg. WR8 overall. Collins missed two games and still finished Top10. The Texans defense was the best in the AFC, but their offense was rough, a lot. Let’s hope Houston finds a run game and WR2 in 2026.
- Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor – 21.3 PPRppg. RB4 overall. Just behind Gibbs, but an animal over the first half of the season – the clear RB1 overall. After Daniel Jones went down this offense changed and Taylor was average.
- Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence – 20.6 ppg. QB4 overall. T-Law was the best QB throughout the fantasy playoffs (without Travis Hunter).
- Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes – 21.1 ppg. QB11 overall, but QB4 in ppg. He missed the final three games to a torn ACL. The Chiefs underwhelmed, but Mahomes was “Mahomes” for most of the season.
- Las Vegas Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty – 14.4 PPRppg. QB11 overall. Another year, another Raiders RB doing work while his offense does nothing. Jeanty is special. The Raiders are not. The worst offensive line per Pro Football Focus. Little weapons outside of Brock Bowers. Let’s hope they revamp in a major way for 2026.
- Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert – 18.7 ppg. QB10 overall. Herbert was hot over the first nine games, but fell off in the second half. We’ll see what Mike McDaniel can do as the new OC.
- Los Angeles Rams WR Puka Nacua – 23.4 PPRppg. WR1 overall. Missed a game and still outpaced Jaxon Smith-Njigba by 15 PPR points. Nacua and Matt Stafford have proven to be arguably the best QB/WR tandem in the NFL (NFC at least – shout out Burrow/Chase).
- Miami Dolphins RB DeVon Achane – 20.2 PPRppg. RB5 overall. Arguably the most consistent fantasy RB outside of Christian McCaffrey and Robinson. Achane remains a lethal option on the pass game and scores on an underperforming offense.
- Minnesota Vikings WR Justin Jefferson – 11.9 PPRppg. WR21 overall. Yikes. We all saw what happened. This isn’t on Jettas. Throwing this out ahead of 2026.
- New England Patriots QB Drake Maye – 21.1 ppg. QB2 overall and also tied with Mahomes and Matthew Stafford for QB2 in ppg. Maye barely even has a weapon yet.
- New Orleans Saints WR Chris Olave – 16.8 PPRppg. WR6 overall. Olave was one of the biggest surprises at WR. Finally stayed healthy and rose about a rough first half of Saints QB play. Tyler Shough seems to have played himself into the starter for 2026. If so, I love Olave next season.
- New York Giants QB Jaxson Dart – 22.4 ppg in healthy games – that would be QB1 overall. I’m not joking. Dart could be very very valuable with new HC, Malik Nabers back and a healthy 2026.
- New York Jets RB Breece Hall – 13 PPRppg. RB19 overall. Unacceptable for a back as talented as Hall. All signs point to him leaving the Jets this offseason. Once he does, he’s almost guaranteed a Top10 finish with upside depending on the offense. I’ll call it here; Kansas City or Washington.
- Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts – 19.1 ppg. QB8 overall. Hurts somehow had five games with less than 15 fantasy points and just nine in the fantasy championship. He probably won’t have AJ Brown next year either. Hmm…
- Pittsburgh Steelers – QB Aaron Rodgers – 14.6 ppg (ew). QB18 overall. If Kenny Gainwell got work from the beginning of the season, he would have smoked Rodgers. The Steelers just weren’t fantasy rich as they once were. Pour one out for Lev Bell and AB.
- San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey – 24.5 PPRppg. RB1 overall. The most fantasy points of any player. What should I say? He’s literally the best fantasy player when healthy. We’ll see if he can stay on the field in 2026.
- Seattle Seahawks WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba – 21.2 PPRppg. WR2 overall. The only person angry with Nacua’s performance is JSN. A dominant season was a bit overshadowed. We saw JSN bubbling the past few years. This may be his norm moving forward. Let’s hope so.
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield – 16.6 ppg. QB12 overall. Weird season. Mike Evans hurt. Chris Godwin out first four games then not “Chris Godwin”. Emeka Egbuka exploding than disappearing; no half a season of Bucky Irving. Baker will bounce back and be a value on draft day.
- Tennessee Titans QB Cam Ward – 11.4 ppg. QB22 overall. It’s sad that the QB22 was the highest scorer for the Titans. Ward had just three games with 17+ fantasy points. Hang on in dynasty, but no reason for redraft excitement yet.
- Washington Commanders WR Deebo Samuel – 11.8 PPRppg. WR25 overall. Oof. Deebo played fine, but wasn’t “Deebo”. Jayden Daniel doing down early destroyed this offense. Marcus Mariota did a valiant job, but outside of five 17+ PPR games, Deebo wasn’t much for your roster. Sadly, he was the highest fantasy scorer for the Commanders. I expect a full team bounce back in 2026 with Daniels returning.
