Last week was a good week. Our WR streamers finished WR1 and WR3, we had the QB3 and QB9, the RB14 and RB15 and Chig Okonkwo was our stash. Oh, and we had the K5 and DST2. If you’ve been following along at home, that means you likely won your matchup! Let’s do it again this week, shall we?
To keep things simple, we’ll define a streamer as any player you wouldn’t usually start who is a viable option for this week. They may be on your bench or they may be on waivers, depending on your league. We’ll define a stash as any player you can potentially find on waivers that you should stash for the future, either because they have a favorable match-up coming up, or because they could become a future fantasy starter. All players will have under 80% ownership on either Sleeper or Yahoo (ideally both) or would usually be bench stashes in most leagues.

QB Streamers:
CJ Stroud (HOU – 55%): After three straight 20+ point games, Stroud is emerging as a reliable streaming option. Heck, he may even be an every-week starter too, just be aware he has a tough playoff schedule. But this week, that isn’t the case. The Giants are a great QB matchup so Stroud is my favorite QB streamer.
Kyler Murray (MIN – 51%): Coming off his bye, Murray is available in many leagues and has a run of three excellent matchups in a row. Even if you don’t need him this week, if you’re using Stroud, Shough or Purdy, he’s worth stashing for his Lions matchup in Week 8.
QB Stashes:
Jacoby Brissett (ARI – 32%): Brissett is being widely dropped due to his poor game against the Rams and tough Week 7 matchup. But in Week 8 he gets a top five matchup against the Cowboys. He’s a great stash if you want to avoid cashing in FAAB to get him.
RB Streamers:
Dameon Pierce (PHI – 59%): I think Woody Marks and Ollie Gordon are fairly obvious streaming options, so I’m going just a little deeper. Pierce didn’t look great last week, but the Cowboys defense hasn’t looked good since 2023. With Saquon Barkley still out and no other running backs of note on the roster (in fact, Pierce’s two backups from last week are both gone), Pierce will carry a heavy load to protect young quarterback Tanner McKee.
Roschon Johnson (CHI – 5%): While Kyle Monangai is out, Johnson is a bye-week filler who is essentially playing the same role. This isn’t the greatest matchup, but if you’re a little desperate, Johnson is a viable deep option.
Bam Knight (ARI – 1%): Let’s go super deep. The Cardinals have been splitting touches between Jeremiyah Love and Tyler Allgeier all season. We assumed Allgeier would carry the load once Love went down but that wasn’t the case. It was instead a 50-50 split between Allgeier and Knight. That makes both low-end streaming options in a solid running matchup against the Broncos.
RB Stashes:
Devin Singletary (NYG – 2%): I have no idea what’s going to happen next with the Giants backfield. I suspect Cam Skattebo might return to the lead role, but Tyrone Tracy will likely still be involved to an extent, making him a popular waiver pickup. What most didn’t notice however, is that it was Singletary who took the early down work away from Skattebo and Najee Harris. With Harris now released, it’s clear Skattebo will remain a goal line and short yardage option, with Tracy the receiving back. But maybe, just maybe, Singletary will carry the heaviest load. In deep leagues, he’s worth a speculative add.
Running backs get injured more than any other player in fantasy, with the average Top 36 running back missing two games per season in fantasy. For that reason, your best bet in fantasy is to roster running backs who are an injury away from an every down role. Each week, I’ll be listing my favorite RB stashes, only including players you won’t be starting most weeks.
Top Handcuffs: Blake Corum, Brian Robinson, Samaje Perine, Kaelon Black, Emmett Johnson, Mike Washington, Seth McGowan, Rico Dowdle, Chris Rodriguez, Tyler Goodson, Jaylen Wright, Kenny Gainwell, Ray Davis, Emmanuel Wilson, Sione Vaki, Marshawn Lloyd
WR Streamers:
Germie Bernard (PIT – 48%): This will be Bernard’s last week as a streamer, consider him an every-week starter until Michael Pittman returns. Aaron Rodgers force-fed him the ball all game and there’s no receiving competition outside DK Metcalf. Start Bernard.
KC Concepcion (CLE – 51%): He’s not been getting the attention of Denzel Boston, but Concepcion is a strong option in good matchups, and he should have one this week against the Titans. He’s a solid PPR play.
Omar Cooper (NYJ – 4%): Cooper snuck back to health when nobody was looking, then exploded in the first healthy game of his career. If he’d played more than five snaps on debut, he might have already fully emerged, but he really snuck under the radar this week. Until Adonai Mitchell returns, he’ll be a viable start, even against an awkward Dolphins matchup.
WR Stashes:
Keenan Allen (IND – 42%): Tyler Warren’s injury is great news for Allen, but you shouldn’t play him against the Vikings. His 29 targets in the last three weeks mean he absolutely must be rostered though, especially while Warren and Alec Pierce are out.
Antonio Williams (WAS – 6%): Terry McLaurin’s season-ending  injury likely means the Commanders will trot out Williams, Treylon Burks and Stefon Diggs as their starters. I like all three, but I think Williams has the most upside relative to his ownership percentage.
TE Streamers:
TJ Hockenson (MIN – 45%): If Hockenson is healthy, he’s a viable streaming option in Week 7 against the Colts, where there should be plenty of points to be had.
Kyle Pitts (ATL – 69%): Pitts has had a massive rise in snap percentage and routes run in the last fortnight. After averaging under 50% snaps through the first month, he played 78% of snaps in Week 6. This may not continue, but with so many tight ends injured or on bye, he’s a viable streamer this week.
TE Stashes:
Chig Okonkwo (WAS – 10%): After I listed him last week, you may have missed your chance to pick up Okonkwo. But just in case you didn’t, go get him now. The injury to Terry McLaurin is huge for Big Chig. He could be a top ten tight end for the rest of the season.
K Streamers:
Evan McPherson (CIN – 26%): Coming off his bye week, McPherson is widely available and the K3 on a per-game basis.
Ryan Fitzgerald (CAR – 1%): Likely available in most leagues, Fitzgerald gets that fantastic kicking matchup against the Buccs.
DST Streamers:
Jets DST (NYJ – 19%): The Dolphins have been awful on offense and the Jets defense has taken great strides this season.
Titans DST (TEN – 2%): The Browns have a winning record, but that’s all defense. In what will likely be a slugfest, I like both defenses in this game.
Please note: I won’t be listing kicker or DST stashes. You should never put kickers or DSTs on your bench in redraft leagues. There are practically no exceptions. Just please, don’t do it.
