B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back to talk about their Scott Fish Bowl best ball draft with a bunch of familiar faces around these Razzball parts. B_Don and Donkey Teeth both start with a QB, but then head in opposite directions. DT fires off a couple of RBs, and then what does B_Don think about his Keenan Allen pick in the 4th? On the other side, B_Don starts QB/QB and fires off Mixon, AJB to pair with Tannehill, and then 2 more RBs. Find out how the guys plan to approach the rest of the draft and superflex/TE premium leagues in general.

The guys then move on to Donkey Teeth’s top 10 RB rankings. The disagreement starts right off the bat with 1, 2, and 3. CMC is consensus, but is that the smart money if you are aiming to get the #1 RB at the end of the year? If not, who would the guys bet on? The guys discuss the risk level on Derrick Henry and Alvin Kamara for completely different reasons. Tier 3 is fairly large for both of us, but our orders are a bit different.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back to discuss DT’s recent column where he ranked his top 10 rookies for 2021. Listen to the man himself explain his rankings and fend off questions from B_Don. Find out which of the rookies B_Don convinces Donkey to change his ranking on due to some historic data.

The RazzBowl is right around the corner as well and the guys give you a couple hints on how to get in and also some potential ways to start playing for your entry next year. If you haven’t registered for your chance to enter the RazzBowl, you can do so here.

B_Don takes a look at Donkey Teeth’s QB rankings as DT tries to narrow down his rankings and tiers. DT doesn’t have Mahomes #1, well, that’s just crazy  talk, but he’ll try and make sense of it. DT’s love affair with speed has him taking Jalen Hurts at a position that may be uncomfortable (like the backseat of a VW?). Maybe B_Don can talk him down on the young Philly QB.

Why do the guys hate Dak Prescott? Where is it worth taking Aaron Rodgers if you’re forced to draft soon? Why is Baker Mayfield a starter? If you turned into a delicious pastry, would you eat yourself? These are the important questions that will help you find the right signal caller for your team.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are joined by fellow Razzball writer, Bobby LaMarco, to talk about some recent super flex dynasty drafts with some other, more well known, fantasy football analysts.  Bobby took part in a couple recent CBS mocks including a rookie draft and then a full start up draft. Meanwhile, Donkey Teeth and B_Don ran it back with most of the same people from the 1 QB dynasty best ball league we discussed on the last show.

We discuss our draft strategies for super flex dynasty startups and how the 2 QB approach changes our approach, especially early in the draft. With QBs being more highly valued, we discuss where each analyst would have the break to go away from the QB position and look elsewhere. The pace at which QBs are taken may adjust your draft strategy, and the 2 drafts were quite different in their approach to QB. We wrap the show with the most important question, which team does Bobby like the most between the 2 co-hosts in our superflex dynasty best ball league?

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back to discuss the recent Dynasty Best Ball draft. It’s a good thing that we put this league together because looking at the names in the draft.

We review our drafts and talk about our approach to a format that doesn’t have much discussion around it, best ball dynasty fantasy football. What do the guys do differently in these drafts? How do they split out their rosters? Then, we discuss some of the early round picks with surprises and where some values came out of the draft.

AlfredJF aka Boof has come back for another Razzball Fantasy Football Podcast with B_Don and Donkey Teeth to go over his recent Pre-Draft Top 10 Rookie RBs article. B_Don and Boof go through their usual film vs numbers discussion to give you both points of view on the eve of the NFL draft. We start at the top with Najee Harris, Javonte Williams, and Travis Etienne, then the guys diverge in their rankings from there. Come listen and find out how the rest of the top 10 breaks out for the guys.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth welcome back the artist formerly known as Boof, @AlfredJF. Boof joins us to go over his recent top 10 rookie WR article. There are always some disagreements when B_Don and Boof are on the pod, as we each use our own methods for draft prep and rankings. Both are here to provide you with the best information to make your rookie decisions for your leagues.

We go through the top 10 from Boof’s list and talk about consensus #1 WR, Ja’Marr Chase. The rankings disparity begins after that as Boof and B_Don both have different 2 and 3 WRs. Boof bucks the normal ADP and comes in hot with a surprise at 3 with Elijah Moore. Meanwhile, B_Don is still in love with DeVonta Smith. The guys run through evaluations on Rondale Moore, Rashod Bateman, Dyami Brown, Terrace Marshall Jr., and a few others. If you’re looking for a podcast to hear both the numbers and film side of the rookie wideouts, look no further.

Najee Harris – Alabama – 6’2″ 230 lbs. – 3/9/98 (23 years old)

  • Strong, but not elite balance allows him to take (or deliver) a hit and keep going.
  • Speaking of delivering hits, he’ll drop a shoulder into an oncoming defender or push through the pile.
  • Pulls through arm tackles. Keeps grinding at the end of plays.
  • Has a knack for getting the first down or touchdown.

Good vision to wait for a path to open outside. Breaks it back inside and drags the arm tackler for the first down.

Ja’Marr Chase – LSU – 6’0″ 208 lbs. – 3/1/00 (21 years old)

  • All American, Fred Biletnikoff Award Winner
  • Sat out 2020, which would’ve been his junior season.
  • My #1 player for non-super flex rookie drafts.
  • Chase looked so amazing in his 2019 campaign that he made Justin Jefferson look like a glorified slot receiver.
  • His 2019 season held the SEC receiving yards record and TD record with 1780 yards and 20 TDs until DeVonta Smith broke both records the next year.
  • Elite ability to bring down the ball in jump ball situations.
  • Hands are strong. Holds on to the ball through contact or above a defender.

B_Don and Donkey Teeth are back for another episode of the Razzball Fantasy Football Podcast. With the start of NFL free agency, the guys are going to discuss the early signings and what it means for some of the other fantasy options on those teams.

We start with the Aaron Jones signing who is firmly a RB1 after this signing for both of us. What about AJ Dillon though? The two have different opinions about what Dillon’s role may look like.

Dak Prescott is back with the Cowboys to nobody’s surprise. Nothing too new on this one, but we talk about which guys we trust in the offense and where each of us is on Zeke in ’21.

Chris Godwin and Rob Gronkowski are back for another run with the Bucs. And Brady’s former team, the Patriots, have been buys in free agency bring back Cam Newton and signing Hunter Henry, Jonnu Smith, Nelson Agholor, and Kendrick Bourne.

Listen in as we continue on with signings including: Emmanuel Sanders, John Brown, Corey Davis, Jameis Winston/Taysom Hill, Malcolm Brown, Marlon Mack, Mark, Ingram, A.J. Green, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Andy Dalton, Allen Robinson, and more.

The guys make their first bet on the season in the Houston back field. Donkey Teeth is taking David Johnson and B_Don is taking Mark Ingram.

DeVonta Smith – Alabama – 6’1″ 175 lbs. – 11/4/98 (22 years old)

Quite possibly the most divisive wide receiver in the 2021 class. Those of you who watch college football have already seen DeVonta Smith and may wonder how a Heisman Trophy winning wide receiver could be divisive. Well, in the dynasty football community, there are the numbers people and the film people, and never shall the 2 meet. No, that’s a lie, hopefully everyone is using a good mix of both, but everyone has their leanings. The numbers people will tell you that he’s too light for his height (BMI), and they don’t like his 3rd year breakout or that he returned for his senior season. Meanwhile, the film community (myself included) see so much football goodness on tape that we can’t understand the concerns.

Rudy Gamble, Razzball co-godfather, joins B_Don and Donkey Teeth on the podcast! With the playoffs upon us, we discuss our Super Bowl predictions (one of B_Don’s has already been eliminated). Rudy digs into his projection system results for the season and we compare how his method may benefit you in a different way than some other ranking styles, and where he and DT finished the season in the rankings contest.
