As mentioned in our Dynasty Top-150 post the other day, it’s our first time doing dynasty rankings here at Razzball and we’re continuing the trend by bringing you the position-by-position rankings. Hey, it’s almost Déjà vu! Mostly because it is. But hey, just like my lovemaking, we gotta get these Dynasty Rankings out quick so we can get to the real meat and potatoes of our preseason content schedule. Sex joke? Check. Food metaphor? Check. French words with multiple accents? PRICELESS. (Ripping off a Mastercard commercial joke that’s dated… uh… Check?)

Is there a projections article coming up in the near future Jay?

Yup, actually working on them this week, hoping for a next Monday release!

12 team league ppr keep 3.. we do a 1st round snake off last year and the keepers just came in.

I’m debating sending cobb only 16$ for a 1st round pick. So far I have the no 6 pick and got offered no. 7 for cobb. There are a couple of suspect guys above me who could’ve kept evans/marshall/hilton/watkins for 20$ or less and didnt.

My keepers are Gurley,Amari cooper, cobb

    Top available values ($)

    Evans (19)
    Marshall (16)
    Hilton (20)
    Cooks (37)
    Watkins (19)
    Ingram (7)
    Moncrief 1)(1)
    Floyd (1)
    Edelman (33)
    G. Tate. (33)
    D Baldwin (2)

I figure worst case scenario I get moncrief and Ingram for 8$ and can spend an extra 15 on best available wr….best case scenario I get marshall for 16$ or evans for 19$ and next best available guy.

@Big league choo: yeah, I really like this idea. I’d pull the trigger.

        (link)

@Jay: cool….would you move Edelman, tate, Baldwin up or draft in order I have them? Thanks again.

        • Jay

@Big league choo: I believe the order you have them is good. And no worries!

  3. Nick says:

    Hi buddy ,

    Have to keep 5
    1. Antonio Brown
    2. Todd Gurley
    3. Mark Ingram
    4. Doug Martin (injury prone?!) Or Thomas Rawls
    5. Andrew Luck or Randall Cobb

    Nick

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Nick: Hey Nick! Good to see ya again. I’d go… wow, tough all around. Holding Ingram, I’d go Rawls, and then Luck… but how is the QB group looking after keepers? Do you have a feeling yet?

  4. Alcibiades Escobar says:
    (link)

    Hiya Jay,

    Keep two in a 12-team non-ppr league:

    Leveon Bell
    AP
    Allen Robinson

Leaning toward dropping AP, but do I keep him one more year and deal with it again next offseason?

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Alcibiades Escobar: Yeah, I think you hold here because of the non-ppr and release next season.

  5. Bigjerrod says:
    (link)

Keeping Julio for sure but having a hard time picking 2 out of Freeman, Ingram, Evans. Standard league non ppr, thoughts?

    • Dorian S. says:
      (link)

@Bigjerrod: Not him, but me personally, I’d suggest Freeman and Evans (I’m assuming Mike Evans? Yes please).

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Bigjerrod: Yeah, Dorian is on to something here. I’d go Freeman and Evans… but Ingram is right there. Very close.

Howdy bud! Great posts last year, I’m ready to see your posts this year!

I’m not in a dynasty just a regular league.

It’s .5 PPR, but we can keep max two players. Keeper settings rounds 1 & 2 are dedicated for keeper selection, round 3 starts the snake style draft.

Now who to keep : David Johnson, Thomas Rawls, Alshon jeffery, Jordy Nelson, demaryius Thomas, Greg Olsen, or Carson Palmer?

Would you keep two players or would you keep one player, or would you keep none & get the extra draft picks?

    Thanks!

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Bean town bandit: Hey Bean. I think you Johnson and Rawls. And then aim to drafting a WR… maybe even see if Jeffery can be re-obtained.

  7. Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:
    (link)

Have the 4th pick in my dynasty. Kind of stacked at WR but I can’t take Henry or a QB at 4, right?

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: Probably not. Though I understand the feeling. Who else would be there for you?

      • Dr. Kenneth Noisewater says:
        (link)

@Jay: One of Doctson, Fuller, or Shepard would have to be there at pick 4. Assuming I’m not in that Helen Keller league and Elliot is taken.

        • Jay

          Jay says:
          (link)

@Dr. Kenneth Noisewater: Hmm. I think the issue is that there are a bunch of WR’s at that spot. Like, I’m actually okay with Henry, but I think Coleman, Doctson, and Shepard are slightly better there. If your RB tandem is something you want to work on though, taking Henry isn’t crazy at all.

  8. Dorian S. says:

Trevor Siemian named co-starter with Sanchez.

  9. ryanoger says:

Been diggin’ the write ups man!

Can keep as little as 5 or up to 7

    A Rodgers
    Jordy Nelson
    Mike Evans
    Doug Baldwin
    Jordan Matthews
    Jarvis Landry
    Michael Floyd
    Latavius Murray
    DeMarco Murray
    Greg Olsen

Who you keeping out of that crew?

    thanks jay!

    • Dorian S. says:
      (link)

      @ryanoger:
I’m not Jay, but my 5 would be Mike Evans, Jarvis Landry, Jordan Matthews, Latavius Murray and A Rod. Though if you want to keep 7, I’d add Jordy Nelson to the mix and then I think it is a toss up between Baldwin, Floyd or DeMarco for that last spot.

      • ryanoger says:
        (link)

        @Dorian S.:

thanks man for your thoughts…i should add it’s a .5 ppr league I could even keep 6…that those would just be my 6th and 7th rounders then if I kept more…

        • Jay

          Jay says:
          (link)

@ryanoger: Ah, if it’s half PPR, I’m pretty comfortable with my list, but I like Dorian’s too. I think there’s merit there.

    • ryanoger says:
      (link)

      @ryanoger:

add Perriman into that mix for what it’s worth…

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@ryanoger: Quite the list… probably Rodgers, Nelson, Evans, Matthews, Murray, Murray annnnnnd Olsen maybe. Is it standard or ppr?

      • ryanoger says:
        (link)

        @Jay:

        Thanks Jay!

So you def. would roll with Matthews over Landry and Baldwin though?

        • Jay

          Jay says:
          (link)

@ryanoger: I’m still kinda diggin Matthews, and I think if he does breakout, this is the year to do it.

        • Jay

          Jay says:

@ryanoger: In addition, when do you have to decide? The knee is a concern…

            @Jay:

Not till the 27th so I can wait to see how things shake out…thanks again man!

@ryanoger: Sounds good, I think that’s a fair amount of time to see where you’re at. Keep me updated!

  10. Defector Detector says:

Sick insight on your list Jaydogg…Quick keeper league question. Would you rather have Zeke, Charles, Watkins, A-Rob, and D .Thomas orrrrrrr Charles, Bell, Ingram, A.Rob, and D. Thomas?? 1 Point PPR league. No penalty for keepers. Thanks Jay and keep up the good work. You helped me win one league last year!

    • Jay

      Jay says:
      (link)

@Defector Detector: Tahnks! In a akeeper, probably the Bell side still. I like Watkins and Zeke there, but there’s just too much talent on the former.
