As mentioned in our Dynasty Top-150 post the other day, it’s our first time doing dynasty rankings here at Razzball and we’re continuing the trend by bringing you the position-by-position rankings. Hey, it’s almost Déjà vu! Mostly because it is. Even more so because I borrowed that opening line from yesterday. Can you tell how much I want to get rankings over with? I can! Well, I mean, of course I can, I know exactly what I want… I am in touch with myself. I actually believe that works both literally and figuratively, which seems almost too clever, even for me. Then again, I’m almost making this intro into an existential clusterf*ck, so let’s just get to the rankings. Next up are Tight Ends and then we are finally done! WOOOOOOOOOO!

Thanks for the rankings Jay – keep up the good work. I’m in a 14 team full point ppr league and we need to get our keepers in super early. Pick 2 out of 3: Duke Johnson in the 8th round, Devante Parker in the 10th round, or Tyler Lockett in the 14th?

@JPP Fingerbangerz: I think Johnson and Parker are the plays here. And thanks, will do!

site’s looking good, i see some people are back (writers). like the dynasty rankings, this will save a bunch of questions. any luck yet on new IDP guy (gonna be hard to even find 2/3rd of a kevin, top 3 ranker in IDP across 2 years)?

anyhoo, 14 teamer PPR with this roster, 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 non super flex (TE possible), 1 K, real simple IDP, 2 DB, 2 LB, 1 DE, 7 BN.
i’ve got a.brown as a 4th rounder (duh) and 1 of these (we can’t ever keep any top 2 rounders, so my rodgers/evans out, and i grabbed ingram last year thinking he’d be keeper, but i forgot unless a guy is added more than 10 days after drop he reverts to his drafted round, so 2nd, so not possible)
    daily show (3)
    j.allen (21)
    hurns (16)
    snead (21)
    hightower (21)
d.parker (21, i barely made the cut here, dropped 15 days or so before i added him)
    green-beckham (21)
    c.michael (21)
    j.white (21)
    artis-payne (21)
-l.david LB (8th, was the TOP LB last year in this league, and for reference that had him about tied with the 56th best offensive player in this league, who was evans WR)
-j.collins LB (13th, 24th LB albeit in 12/16th of the games, prorated he was the 5th best LB, about tied with james jones last year)
-m.barron S/LB (21st, the 11th best S last year, BUT that was mostly due to him playing LB when -ogletree was out, and it appears LA now has 3 S’s and 2 LB’s, he’s WS, so he might get some of that action, but not as much of it). LB score more than S’s generally, so he’d play DB for me.
-e.kendricks LB (21st, in 14 games, prorates to the 19th best LB, as a rookie)
-cyprien S (21st, in 14 games, prorates to the 6th best DB

from PPR rankings (at least for this year), hurns, snead, green-beck, michael, artis-payne, hightower, white, j.allen, so if this year is most important i’ll come down to an IDP or parker.

@Joey Jo Jo Jr Shabadoo: that last sentence should mention from PPR this year rankings that list of offensive guys are behind parker (esp since price in his instance)

@Joey Jo Jo Jr Shabadoo: Kevin is still on hiatus, but we have him on the pod all the time, so we’ll make sure to get some IDP content through that. Otherwise, it’s certainly a gap we’d like to fill.

Daily Show with Jon Stewart is the answer here.

I think Snead offers the most all around value, but Hurns offers a bit more ceiling… tough call here. I might just play it a little safer with Snead to get a bit more round value.

@Jay: did you not notice i also have d.parker MIA as 21st rounder? silly question, but i originally wrote all the options before i checked yr this season PPR and dynasty rankings, after doing that i find he’s a good deal higher than at least all the other WR, and even stewart for this year. i’m not trying to be a quibbler here, but figured this would come down to IDP’s vs parker once i saw all that. it’s quite possible snead/hurns are believed to get bigger dynasty bumps later than this year than parker of course.

Yeah, it’s a great point. I may have missed that because yeah, I like Parker a lot. I probably just got fixated on Snead and Hurns, which have value too, but you’re right, I missed on that one. Parker is the guy.

I am in a h2h 12 team standard scoring dynasty league where I can keep 3 guys. Please put in order leveon Bell, Lamar Miller, Aaron Rogers, Allen Robinson and jordy Nelson.
    Thanks

@Ryan: I think it has to be Bell, Miller, and probably Rogers if there isn’t depth available in FA at QB. If there are some okay names, I might just want A-Rob instead.

I asked you a similar question about a month ago and wanted to double check some stuff. I’m in a 12 man , keep up to 4 players (lose each draft pick 1-4, depending if you keep 4 players )

I won last year and have the 12th pick in each round . I have a. Brown, lacy, Evans, Wilson, Matt jones, eifert, and Cobb. Who should I keep ? If I only keep 3, I would have the 48th overall pick .

    Thanks

@Paradise paved: I’d probably go Brown, Evans, and I like Lacy, but Jones seems like an option too. But there’s not much value I think. I might just go Brown and Evans and take the third rounder.

        @Jay:
Thanks. I am on my final year of keeping Brown. I retain the rights to him until the start of the 2017-18 draft. Would you trade him for Beckham or Julio Jones straight up? Each owner is in the 2nd of the 3 years for keeping each.

I was also offered Allen Robinson/TJ Yeldon plus a 4th or 5th draft pick for Brown. The Robinson owner also has Gurley and AP if you can think of any counter offers?

Maybe bite on Gurley/Robinson for Brown/Lacy?

We’re all from Pittsburgh, so Brown is a fan favorite within our league.
