In the preseason fantasy football top 150 PPR rankings “QUADtumania” aka 4.0 we take a deeper dive into the quarterback position. This edition of the Top 150 includes the impact of DeAndre Hopkins signing with the Tennessee Titans. The chart below shows the latest top 150 for point-per-reception (PPR) leagues based on a starting lineup of one quarterback, two running backs, three wide receivers, one tight end, and a flex.

If your league has a different lineup build i.e. only two wide receivers, running backs might move up while wide receivers might fall in the top 150. Finally, we included five rankings’ risers from our previous rankings a few weeks ago.

Rankings Risers

Player: Derrick Henry
Updated Overall Ranking: 8 (+0)

The news of DeAndre Hopkins is not only big for the Titans as a whole but for Derrick Henry as well. In 2022, Henry averaged 22.7 PPR PPG in the seven wins. Meanwhile, in the 10 losses, his PPG drops to 16.2. Vegas win totals had the Titans at 7.5 before the Hopkins signing. Now with Hopkins on board, the Titans could push 9-10 wins, which would allow Henry to get up over 20 points per game. This PPG upside would more than justify a first-round pick on the King in 2023.

Player: Joe Burrow
Updated Ranking: QB4 (Was QB5)

Last year the Bengals made a big leap in their pass volume moving up from 20th to 7th in pass attempts. However, due to multiple injuries from Tee Higgins, Ja’Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd we didn’t see the full upside of this offense. In the nine games where all three of the wide receivers played at least 50% of the snaps, Joe Burrow’s PPG jumps to over 29. This would have put him neck and neck with Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes for the top spot in fantasy football.

Player: Darren Waller
Updated Overall Ranking: 56 (+6)

Since 2018, the number one option under Giants Head Coach Brian Daboll had a 17-game pace of 132 targets. The Giants have made some moves this off-season adding wide receivers Parris Campbell and Jalin Hyatt, but it still seems like Darren Waller will pace the team targets. This wouldn’t be the first time a tight end led the team in targets under Daboll as Ben Watson was the number one option for the Browns in 2010.

Player: DeAndre Hopkins
Updated Overall Ranking: 70 (+26)

DeAndre Hopkins has finally picked a team, and that team is the Tennessee Titans. Granted, this isn’t the most ideal landing spot for fantasy football, but it does give Hopkins a great chance at an elite target share. The last time Ryan Tannehill had two solid options at wide receiver was back in 2020. That season the 17 game pace for targets for both A.J. Brown and Corey Davis was a combined 240 targets. Splitting that work evenly between Treylon Burks and DeAndre Hopkins would put Hopkins as a WR3 based on his career averages.

Player: Aaron Rodgers
Updated Ranking: QB14 (WAS QB16)

Aaron Rodgers will have a lot of continuity as he heads to New York to reunite with former Offensive Coordinator Nathanial Hackett. This should allow Rodgers to hit the ground running as he focuses on building chemistry with his new top wide receiver Garrett Wilson. Now we shouldn’t expect MVP like number from Rodgers in his first season with the Jets, but replicating his 2019 numbers with Hackett should be well in reach as he finished as the QB13 that season.
