The criteria for 'Starter' varies by position and represents either a high share of snaps or a high share of usage. 'Rotation' is the next tier down and is generally fantasy relevant. The levels under that are 'Backup' (on roster, not fantasy relevant) and 'Depth' (not fantasy relevant).
