There is no better time to root for the underdog than during the holiday season, and apparently the NFL took note. It almost makes me regret how I Ebenezer Scrooged the early games in last week’s schedule. Sure, none of the games were that close, but the Panthers, Chiefs and Colts all winning gave the early games a little added shock value. Please, blog, may I have some more?
Hey Razzballers! I’m assuming everyone not living in Chicago or Dallas had a great Sunday. Per my usual routine, I checked the next week’s schedule after the late afternoon games so I can do my research on the spreads, highlight a few good games, recheck fantasy matchups, etc. Please, blog, may I have some more?
Week 13 had a little bit of everything for everyone: A 35-7 Bengals’ annihilation, 38-35 Packers’/Giants’ slugfest, a 49ers’ shutout of the Rams’, more Tebow magic, Orlovsky doing his best Tebow impression, the ‘Boys icing their own kicker setting up an eventual OT loss, the Bears’ early holiday gift to the Chiefs’, and the Lions’ shooting themselves in the foot…again. Please, blog, may I have some more?
Hey everybody! Hope all you guys had a non Suh-like Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, now that the delicious Thanksgiving week games are over, we are left with a groggy, hangover week 13 with only up to a handful of notable games. Here are some interesting stats that may help ease the pain of hangover week:
49ers still haven’t allowed a rushing touchdown/Tebow wins again
I’m sick of talking about the 49ers defense.
After checking out the week 12 schedule, I realized football fans have a lot to be thankful for this holiday season:
Packers @ Lions – Easily the most anticipated game of the season. I am praying the Lions bring their A game. Please, blog, may I have some more?
Hola Razzballers! I’ve been writing a weekly article for the Razz for about a month now and I’ve loved every second of it. So first and foremost, thank you to everyone for reading my article; it makes the research and writing all the more worthwhile. Please, blog, may I have some more?
1. The Bengals have a 5 game winning streak. The last time the Bengals had a 5 game winning streak was in 1988. They made it to the Super Bowl that year.
2. The NFL offense is becoming more and more pass-oriented.Please, blog, may I have some more?
What’s happenin’ Razzballers? My week 8 matchup left me facing the age old fake football dilemma: who gets precedent, my real life team or my fantasy team? I’m from the Boston area, so naturally my team is the Patriots. When I looked at my week 8 matchup, I realized my opponent had both Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski on his roster. Please, blog, may I have some more?
The point of this article is to provide you with likely waiver wire options for your week 8 line up, hopefully lessening the blows of injuries or the week 8 bye. Like the majority of articles, this one is relative. Assess the depth of your fantasy league and act accordingly. Please, blog, may I have some more?
